Why does this app look so bad? Google's Material Design system has been out since at least 2014. We know you have UX designers, too, because the iOS app doesn't look nearly as bad; it even implements Touch ID! I mean, sure, this app is "usable", but it still uses a Holo design theme in 2017. Your icons are rasterized iOS 4-esque assets, and your app was last updated in June. Please fix.

This app constantly runs in the background of my phone for no reason. And why does it need to know my location? I just wanna check my grades, and it can't even do that! Constant errors, crashes, and it drains your battery as well. It is always down during grading period, and if you are like me and do not recieve report cards, there is no way to see what your grades are for the quarter. Really disappointed in LCPS for making this the program we use.

I always found myself on this App checking my grades very mins as if it will change in the second. It became the number one must used App in my phone ♥

I like being able to look at my grade to know wether im passing or failing that class. Sometimes I don't like asking the teachers what my grades are because sometimes they don't care or they just don't want me to know. Thank God for the invention of StudentVue

The UI is exceptionally poor and outdated. It still uses Holo from older versions of Android rather than Material that we see today. It is inconvenient for me to go through every menu ranging from homework/assignments, grades, news, etc. It doesn't even have an option to email me my current grades. In comparison, Schoolloop was much more better. It presented everything in a glance it was convenient and simple to use. The reason why San Francisco switched​ from Schoolloop to Synergy was to "Unify everything into one place". I'm pretty sure that the attendence system was decent enough to come out of this. This is a pathetic, cheap, flawed, and lackluster of a school system this is.

It's only my 3rd week of school and I already cannot see my grades. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS SERVICE! When I log in and go to the grade book, It loads and remains blank. Now, Schoolloop used to do a similar thing, but that is only when the servers were down when they were trying to hammer out some kinks. That is understandable, but StudentVUE is unacceptable (ESPECIALLY with progress reports right around the corner). At least Schoolloop had the audacity to tell me why I couldn't see my grades.

App has an error loading grades for over a week now, and it still hasn't been fixed yet. Unbelievable.

Even though we can check grades and all, the app crashes a lot and requires me to restart the process every time I use it. It is becoming a waste of effort to check grades. It also doesn't work for me after 11 at night.

The menu is so generic the grades are trash looking school loop was better cuz it told u what u were missing in red, u can't email teachers and it not even up to date. TRASH TRASH TRASH , SCHOOL LOOP WAS BETTER

This is by far one of the worst UIs/UXs in an application to ever grace the face of the Google App store. It seems incredibly convoluted as well as unintuitive to use and is an affront to any school district promising a "21st Century technology oriented" curriculum. The buttons look like they were ripped straight from the iOS UIKit defaults, the menus are absolutely awful and everything is presented in a very ugly and seemingly dysfunctional manner. The login screen is as awful as data input can get and it never ceases to amaze me how in the world Synergy managed to win the bids of certain school districts. EDIT: After further usage, it has come to my attention that Synergy is rendered unusable at around 11 PM until the early morning hours. This is an absolutely atrocious and downright terrible idea. How dare you call yourselves "Edupoint Education Systems" when you have no connection whatsoever, and I mean any connection at all with the struggles students must go through in this current education system. It is absolutely pathetic that any district has the audacity or even the desire to use your company and its products to connect students with schools.

PLEASE update the UI, add fingerprint login, and otherwise clean this app up! The iOS version has all of these things!

I like school loop more this is just wierd ive use school loop since ive been in the 7th grade.

The UI is terrible, please at least add the fingerprint scanning like on the iPhone, I will raise my vote at least one star.

app keeps saying im failing, hurts my feelings.

Says I have 1.2 GPA, keeps rubbing it in my face. Bad app.

Used to use School Loop but my district changed it. Bad layout. To complicated.

The user interface is so old it needs a quick adjustment. And the hw is not even shown in this app.

Very ugly looking UI! my school district made a horrible decision when they switched School Loop over this.

School loop was better then this. I don't get up dates on my daughter n I can't email the teacher.

Terrible UI, both in looks and in functionality.

My school just switched to this so why does it look like we've been using it for the past few decades.

works very well. excellent way to get access to all student info.

Good APP works really well. Recommend if you want to know what your homeroom is before schools starts
