This app sucks! I had this app since last school year. I have been trying to log in since the begining of this school year but still no luck. Ive tried to fix it on my side, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, called the school administrator but they dont know what to do and said to contact Edupoint. I've email the Edupoint twice with no response. Apparently they don't care. Good luck trying to get a response. Very frustrating.

Will not open on my iRulu tablet. Gets to first page & tells me to swipe left to find my school. When I try, it force closes immediately! I'm running Android 6.0. Plz fix this ASAP, I really need to use this app for my son's school!

I just downloaded this app on to my Samsung Note 5 and I'm not able to log in. I enter my username and password, however like other reviews have stated there is no Login button. Please fix this issue so I may be able to use this app.

Only opens to a black screen on Samsung Galaxy phone. Worked for a couple days at first, then after login only shows black screen. Tried uninstall/reinstall a couple times now, no luck, no change. StudentVue app working fine so far.

When you click on "Show" under the child's profile, there is nothing displayed in the app. You have to select the child's picture or name to display the child's record. After you figure that out, the app is decent. I would like it if the schedule could list by A/B days, not just by periods.

Worked fine on my last phone which was a ZTE zmax pro. Upgraded phone and Android version to Android 7 and to a ZTE zmax blade and it stopped working. Can't even open the app. Same with student Vue. Very frustrating. Please fix!!!

I have had no issues with this app for more than a year. But this year it will not connect to the schools server. I thought maybe it was a district error, but the website is working fine. The app is much easier to use than the website. Please fix it.

Why have all these options that do not work? Why not to communicate to parents and students when they are supposed to start working? What was wrong with the school loop that made this change necessary?

not happy with app or web site. couldn't create an account with the app. had to use the schools computer to access the web site. once i created the account i went to the app and couldn't edit any personal information for my student. and cant get on the web site from home. please fix bugs

I've been trying to access my kids report cards for a few days, but it will not download. I've checked everything on my end, & it's all good, but still unable to download. So I have no idea what my kids final grades are. HELP!!

What is the point of having an app to allow parents to see there childs progress if U don't allow us to see our childs grades or progress reports. Useless app!!!!

It used to work great. Now there is no login button, as many others have stated. Please fix it, this is ridiculous. Update: STILL NO LOGIN BUTTON!!!! FIX!!!!

The log in button is gone fix need to enroll my kids please fix and always gives problems

I can login but once I select one of my kids to view the app shuts down. I used to be able log in and now the app is garbage. Double-U tee eff?

Just downloaded and will not let me open app please fix. I had it on my old ZTE phone now it won't work on my ZTE Blade.

It's gotten much better. Seems stable. I don't know whether the security model has improved. (A few years ago I was told it uses a "reversible hash" so it can email you your current password in plaintext.)

Will only show one of my kds , can't access oldest child

This app makes me depressed because I can see my sealed geting bad grades all the time

I have a Samsung Edge. I can get in the app and see grades it says classes have announcements but when I click to read them there is nothing there

I have used this app for years now and loved it. But I got a new phone and downloaded it it will not load it just crashes. I have reinstalled a couple of times and sent feedback and nothing from anyone. Please fix the bugs so this will be a good app again.

No login button for Samsung devices? We are over a month in for school! Ridiculous!

I just downloaded the app. I'm all connected on my computer. but I can't even login on the app. The button doesn't exist.

This is ridiculous! It won't even open! I can't do anything and this is the app that our school uses.

I have a Samsung V20 and all I can view is my kids. I don't have access to anything else. Is this going to get fixed? Same is on my Nook tablet. I have to go to the website to see everything.
