AndroidはWi-Fi接続しなければならないので無線LAN環境がない場合は使用することができません。
アプリを起動するときは必ずWi-Fi接続状態で起動してください。
またWindows側にもソフトをインストールする必要があるので必ず使用方法を以下のURLで確認して下さい。

試用版との違い
・試用版ではキーの入力回数に制限がある
・前回のIPアドレスを保存している
