Flores e-Receipt

This app uses your camera to take pictures of the receipt you need to submit. However, the app does not let your camera focus. So it is pretty much impossible to get a clear capture, where you can read the receipt (unless lighting and font size are just perfect). My camera takes great photos when not being used through this app, so it's a app glitch.

It used to work beautifully, what happened. The app will not focus to capture receipts. I need my money, and have tried all the tips, but the app just won't let you focus anymore and I havr perfectly clear receipts that I can't submit because the app will Not take a clear picture. My camera works great on my phone. Please help! Quickly

Originall had issue logging in. After my revie of 1 star, I was contacted by customer/technic service and the error was corrected within a couple weeks. Technical service agent stayed in touch with me throughout and explained the app had been recently updated and it looks fantastic and works fine now.

The app used to work great. After the update the pictures wouldn't focus on my old phone and completely screw up with multiple unreadable images on my new S7. Very disappointing.

Very easy to see account history. Would be nice if I didn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom for the balance tho.

Camera no longer takes an accurate picture, it jumbles the image for no reason. My camera works fine outside of this app. Disappointing.

Samsung S7. Took a photo of my receipt, the image displayed by the app was a crazy-looking composite of many copies of the receipt. Tried to back out, move forward again, and retake the photo, but there was no way to delete the previously taken image. Even logging out and back into the app did not get rid of the bad image. Ended up uninstalling the app. Finally submitted my claim to the website on a Windows machine.

Tried to send receipts but it didnt work at all. Used website throught the cellphone instead. Much better.

Will not focus on receipt. My camera works fine outside app. Also no way to upload pics taken from camera. This app does not work.

Used be a good tool, and easy to use...Now though since latest updates it will not focus on a receipt, so you can't submit which makes the app worthless.

I'm glad I'm not the only one puzzled by the fact that I have not been able to go on the website or use the app for the last several weeks. I have emailed the email listed here and am hoping that something will improve as I can't even submit receipts the old fashioned way.

works on phone running 6.0.1 but not on 7.0 I has hoping to have sometime to show bal on my account?

It's been extremely helpful.

I log in perfectly every time but my problem lies with selecting a document type which doesn't generate a list to choose from. Therefore I get stuck at that point and never about to submit. Plus I have the same camera focus issue as many others.

Downloaded the app then could not login with the same username and password I used online. Uninstalled it.

Capture is crap! Picture is distorted!

Logon screen error keeps coming up (and yes, I know my ID & password) with a pile of XML coding underneath.

Really love how easy it is to put in costs, but can you please fix this horrible app that crashes and hangs all the time...

Won't even log in. Doesn't even try. Also, you're website also isn't working. Get it together!

When attempting to login, I get the error: Log in was unsuccessful. Security

Very basic but hopefully will get more robust with features soon. Easy to take picture of receipt soon after purchase and submit on the go for quick reimbursement.

I took 4 pictures and uploaded very easily. Given the option to submit for hra and fsa. Received email confirmation 10 minutes later. Thats all I would need or expect this app to do. Perfect.

I tried this on my phone. It worked great. The images looked blurry when the picture was snapped but looked clear when I checked them out before submitting. I didn't give it 5 stars because it didn't like my online password until I changed it to one it liked.

Crashes when I try to take a picture. Only works in portrait mode. Overall UI is terrible.
