Have to open app multiple times before it opens without crashing rral pain in the butt

App constantly closes within seconds of opening. Very frustrating.

Can't even open the app. Every time I go to open the app it shuts down immediately. Have uninstalled and re-installed a number of times now. Probably want to sort that out.

5 start app untill the update come out. Only sizes correclty on a phone. If you using a tablet the text all over lataps and is unreadable. Do not update this amazing APP because once you do your fudged.

I like the app, but since the update it bombs out and my whole chat is gone and i had to put most of my stuff in again

My chat on the app was not working for over a week and the app itself had crashed on me a few times. Sent a mail to the Topdeck Support team and they managed to help and solve the problem quickly. Thank you for your quick service. It was much appreciated.

Pretty useful app for the trips. I deleted all the other apps that had just one sense (like currency calculator, travel guide etc.) because here is everything summarized in one app - so, more storage space left for instagram pictures. Yeay, thanks for that! As an extra, you can stay in contact with other people of trip via the chat in the app, so without annoying telephone number exchange - that's really, really cool.

Good app for listing a detailed itinerary plus having the chat feature. Bad app as I have had to reinstall multiple times as it stops working after the first use.

I have to admit that this was a great way to meet other people before the trip. Needs some improvements as sometimes it's very slow but this app was a great added value to my trip!

So many people complaining that chat doesn't work and yet it doesn't get fixed. I keep getting notifications that there are me that messages but it won't connect and load them for me. Total waste of time to have this app if you can't even communicate with the other tour group members. Fix the chat!!!

Can't login, gives me any number of errors, and when I submitted a request for help, no one replied. Great start to my trip!

It's a great idea! Good app, but unfortunately the chat stopped working for me. I would get the notifications that other people are messaging but once I opened the chat I wasn't be able to see what they sent or send a message.

The app is nicely detailed with information about my trip but all my chat friends have disappeared even though it appears to work for other members of my group. Also im not sure how accurate the converter is as when i checked against google the numbers werr considerably off.

It's a great idea but it crashes on me a lot. When it's working it's great. The chat is a good idea, and the daily run down, budget. Also I can't press the back button on my phone to get out of the app. It just closes whenever it wants and the message tgat it has stopped working comes up. Now it won't let me switch between bookings. I select the booking I want and the screen with the girl in the street comes uo and it says downloading but it never finishes. I end up having to close the app to get out of it. I'm stuck on the one booking. I have 2 others I want to see.

Pretty badly optimized at current update. Crashes often. Won't let me enter in details. Lots to be approved upon UPDATED REVIEW: App runs smoothly now, everything seems to be running well. Nice job Topdeck Team!

The prior update kept crashing and now the new update I can't even get because it isn't compatible

App crashes constantly. Can't open it at all. I've tried reinstalling, still doesnt work.

Chat still doesn't work for me. Get the notifications for messages but when I open the chat there are no messages

It is as if I'm not part of this travel group because the app is basically offline. I cannot chat with the others nor can I see what they're saying. I deleted and reinstalled the app but still nothing. Why do I download an app if I can't even use it.

Pretty disappointed, won't let me switch bookings, or update my details. I have uninstalled/reinstalled and contacted the help desk about this issue with no help.

Pros: Group chat, detailed itinerary plus maps, in-app check in.. Cons: Connection issues and app crashes

When is this app going to be fixed! Won't bring up my booking only my partners. Had no help from Topdeck when requested. Fix this soon before my trip please!!!

It's ok, due it gives you data that you need however is not showing messages but it tells you ..that are some in the inbox..but chant see a thing

I have an Android phone and while the app works well for everything else the group chat is shocking it sends your message at least 25 times and I've had this app for 2 weeks and only now showed messages from people on the tour and not consistently. Might as well get without the chat if it doesn't work

App is terrible since the update. Really buggy and I don't think the app can handle it when there is more than 1 tour booking. I hope they're planning on fixing it before my trip starts, because it could be a bit of a problem otherwise

Can't even open the app without it crashing. Piss poor effort. Can't even submit my feedback on the app and tried emailing the office they won't get in touch. Awesome trip though

Poorly optimised for android, looks like a direct port from iOS. Buttons are overlapping. Doesn't follow any android design guidelines.

The App closed shortly after I put my trip details in the required parts, barely saw the main menu before it crashed and the continued to do so repeatedly, I don't hate the app but it's terrible functionality means I can't communicate with people on my trip before I arrive which is a bit of a bummer.

Every message sent in the group chat is receive at least 24 times, glitch needs to be fixed ASAP!

Lots of crashes and PLEASE fix the D.O.B date picker, horrible UX at the moment!
