MyCelcom Postpaid App for Android
It's good, automatically login without having to type anything. Have tried to pay the bills, via online banking, and it's working. No issues there. But it is a bit slow, need to force stop the app and open it again. 3-4 star, Celcom you deserve it.
It can't load, and when it finally did, it says something wrong w my mobile number. Try it again for same result. Unbelievably bad. Celcom, if u need to make an app, at least make it work, please?
Not even ready to be released. Took ages and battery power to get the login screen. After that took ages again before failing to login. Very pathetic and late attempt to catch up with the Big 2 to provide an app to manage account!!!!!
I will give it 0 star if i can! My device is not rooted but still i can't use this app. Kept telling me rooted devices can't use it. WTH??? If i can open maybank app in this phone, why this apps complaining my phone is rooted??? BIG failure!
I need Live Chat Customer Service in this app or at least re-enable the live chat in web. I lodge enquiry, celcom CS pretend to call me but in fact they missed call me and sms me tried to call me but unsuccessful to get through. Never talk to me and they deleted my request in my support enquiry page! !!
App is great but I believe the developer needs some time tracking on their company vision.. To develop an app for a service provider takes so much longer whereas other service providers have launched their app some years back.. Please have some sense in catching up to current technology world.. By the way.. the way Celcom treats their customer request and requirements are horrible..!!!
I can't login whether with phone number or ocs account. And when I forgot your password it says put your phone number or mobile number over and over again. I put my phone number. Then I can't put my username. So, I put my username then I can't put my phone number. Why's that..
"Opps, there seems to be a problem, please try again." Can't log in/register. You sent a message telling people to download, promoting your app and yet it can be used.
Useless!! Pls Celcom spend some money la to produce a good apps for your customers. And make sure do test first before you launch to public..ayoo rugi data aku je haihh
Me 5 minutes to load. After entering phone#, another 1 minute to be prompted with an error saying system cannot send TAC at tis moment and retry later. Does tis app actually work?
No hiccups. Plug and play type that opens up instantly. No log in required. All you need to know is available to see. Don't know why some people have negative comments. This is a most welcome and useful app. Kudos!
Got a sms say this app is available. Install app. Request me to login. Key in phone no: "Oops, there seems to be a problem, please try again later". Fine, use OCS Id to log in: "Oops, there seems to be a problem, please try again later" Common Celcom, it isn't April fool yet leh.. I wasted my data to download this piece of S***........
What is corperate oficial customer?dear developer,my apologize sir, may i ask,do you actually think, normal customer with zero background of IT or business can actually understand the terms? Plus sir,the loading of the login page taking too much time even though my data is stable and excellent.
Too many rage reviews that hurt my eyes. Typical Malaysians. As for me, its easier to use *118*1*1# or *118*1*2# to check balance and bill. As for the app itself, its slow but celcom cannot be hold responsible for this app. If i were celcom, i will simply erase the app. Its not worth it with all these negative review.
Why release an app when its not ready? Loading takes 10 minutes or so. Thereafter, unable to login due to some error. Please ensure everything is running well and tested properly and have the system ready before releasing it.
This apps is truly not functioning at all
Everything is good EXCEPT for one major error. After I paid my bill via credit card, the app said that I can save at most three cards for future use. However, the app presented me with a list of 3 credit cards that did NOT belong to me to replace. That's a very serious error.
Crashes alot, does not load. Really got to patch this. Because i only get to successfully run this app once. And thats about it. Please fix. I really like the convenience to just run an app and track my data usage.
Slowest app in the world!! Take long time to load. Each step take more than 120 seconds to wait. Compare to my other number, Umobile apps is so much faster. Uninstall already.
Funny.. received the tac but cannot be used to log in.. nice try there.. uninstalling now.. let me know later when it's stable enough to use..
Please don't launch the apps before get ready and the line is become worst after upgrade my package. Is it because I have sign up the contract for 2 yrs and i'll deserved for the bad line?
Please test the app before publish it to the public. Useless app. Cannot login at all. I used the web OCS for many years already, no issue.
Can't log in using phone number, can't login using OCS access. Then what's the point sending message promoting to install apps? Make sure apps is properly running then promote to install. Waste of 15MB data to install apps.
Mine work just fine.. I can check my internet quota using this apps. I can also check my bill, but I haven't use any other features such as add quota/pay bills.
It takes approximately 10 minutes just to get to the login screen. And when it finally loaded, I couldn't login via OCS as well as using the mobile number TAC. In my opinion, there are lot of things that Celcom needs to work on. And not only for this app, but also the other app for its prepaid customers and the web version of OCS itself. By far, the other two major telco providers still have the leading apps for its customers in term of usability.
I use my own phone number and it said that can't access. Most bullsh*t apps ever and I will rate 0 star but too bad playstore doesn't provide this service. Pls fix it ASAP and I have been waiting for this apps. Im very disappointed since the celcom send me a SMS bout this apps and get me really hype but it turns out to be a joke.
I dont understand why so much bad reviews. The apps work perfectly. It automatically detect my account without the need to sign up and login. All important details such as bills, data usage, free call usage all readily available. Good job celcom!
Hi. I have a problem where I can't even log in either using phone number or ocs. Do I have to register via app first, or I don't have to? It should be work perfectly fine if I'm using my ocs account, but there's error appear. I hope it can be fix and I will rate it higher. I do read some review said that this app work fine in their phone.
It works, if you guys already have a MyCelcom account, just log in via OCS lah (& don't use number). That being said the app has a fair bit of hiccups. Gets stuck in loading screens often & there's no exit button to quickly get out of the app. I can't remove my add-on services either, only add to them. Otherwise it delivers on its promises, for the most part.
How long will it take to check my own balance? Spend 1 minute with CELCOM 4G and another 1 minute with CELCOM H+. Still no result. I can't even log in! You really need to look at other operator with same app that work seamlessly. Perhaps it has something to do with your POOR & BAD internet data service.
Technically this should be a good app. Although it doesn't show detailed usage information, it showed a categorized summary. The thing that made me give it 2 stars is its connection performance. Each page takes more than 1 minutes to load. Thus it's frustrating to use.
I would have gave 0⭐, i cant even log in. Been waiting for years for this app, & it turns out very poorly. Your line is very poor these days, why ha? Please improve. I didnt pay my bills almost rm100 every month just for the sake of slow line. Come on Celcom, you can do better than this. Prove me wrong. Hire someone who can manage well this app. Even Hotlink app is better, even their line sucks like hell. Come on Axiata, level up!
when I first look at the reviews I just couldn't believe it that were thousands of conplain of bad developed apps that doesn't work to it reputation of CELCOM.. Its really a shame when I cant get it open for more than 15 mins which I think it cannot accomplish heavy traffic users. please refurbish and modify immediately..
Downloaded apps, launch the apps, wait for couple of minutes just to get to the main screen but not auto sign in via my mobile number. Login via ICQ wait for ages without success. Not sure why welcome develop such interesting apps but can't login at all. Useless...
Unavailable for rooted devices? Are you kidding me? Ur not developing a freakin' banking app. Just wanted to follow trend izit? Developer kaki bodek bos, have a small extra feature then go to ur boss, wiggling your tail and say "Look boss, i got an extra feature, maybank did it. I can do it too! Can i get a raise?" Remove the 'rooted device detector' immediately, u nincompoop!
When i first download, i automatically got login without submit my username and all (yesterday)- in short i got into my own account. And it was great app since i like it. How it show the data and all. It is really great but today i open the apps, it asked me to login.. Idk what my username is! I use my email but no luck. I try to submit my phone number and it said got problem.. I like the apps but how i wanna get access again?
I give u Tube Map of London App and see how fast it loads up with 13 railway lines. Mind you in London and i am in KL. Here i am stuck with just 1 phone number and takes ages to upload. Sad

Not functioning. Cannot login my registered postpaid number and also pay the bill. Attempted thrice times to pay the bills thru the apps. It said having technical glitches. Unsuccessful. Good luck on fixing the bugs. I will wait till success.

Can't login using own number, can't do payment always error. What the point of making this app if not one thing can be use. It doesn't make things easier but making it more difficult. With such a big resources and big company but the app. Making fun of own company image.
