Why have a banking app of it doesn't work.

Always have problems with this App. It is terrible.

Stuck with the bank even though they shut down weekend hours, figured I could use the app to make deposits. Mobile deposits don't work, app is basically a Web page for balance checking. BoF was a good bank, this merger aquisition with Farmer's and Merchant's Bank really ruined the customer experience.

I cant even acsess my account anymore

My problem with this app is that at random times it won't let me log in. So it's primary functions don't matter if I can't even see my account. I liked my bank before it was merged with farmers and merchants bank. Looking for a new one.

Your app is garbage. Your bank is now garbage. Can't wait to move banks. It's not even my account. I'm on my wife's account. She was with BoF since she was old enough to have an account. Note we both want to change. It was a great bank. Not anymore.

This app is absolutely aweful. I'm not sure why my bank switched over to this app... But it's so infuriating that I'm considering changing banks.

Why does this app want access to my contacts? The older version didn't, and my other banking apps don't. It shouldn't need that, and I'm not willing to grant it.

Can't use mobile deposit anymore and no one at the branch cares.

Need to take lessons from BofF app. The current app is not good. Even the new feature of instant balance is bad. What good is it to show my balance instead of my available balance. I want to know what I can spend not my balance of what hasn't cleared yet. Come on guys, common sense.

BoF wasn't the greatest app but was far superior to this garbage. On top of all the other changes because of the buyout, I'll definitely be looking for another bank soon.

Alright let me start by saying I left my last bank because I wasn't happy with the way they did business. I thought that using the Bank Fayetteville, since its been one of the main city banks for many many years, would be an excellent choice. Oh how wrong I was! This is got to be the worst ordeal this app sucks there is absolutely nothing right. Why don't you know what your balance is after every transaction like the old one was. Better start learning how to write a damn program.

Errors when trying to open 90% of the time referring me to a 1-800 number. It's bad enough this merger has screwed up our direct deposit times and fees associated with account s, but their app doesn't even work. This is my last month with this bank.

Miss the BOF app!! This one doesn't even open half of the time and the other half is not user friendly.

The Bank of Fayetteville app worked. Transfers between my BOF accounts were instant. Mebanking requires you to choose Express Transfer as opposed to other types of transfers, but Express Transfer is not available on this app. Along with closing some branches on Saturdays and terrible communication about what's going on, this app is just another disappointment from whatever the bank is called these days.

This app is bush league. Takes too long to get logged in and disabling screenshots is dumb.

Doesn't update for recent purchases like the older version.

#1. me am not banking with "me banking". Me am cannot log-in, even after troubleshooting with customer service #2. Design looks like a 1999 internet portal from Russia #3. "More" button reveals this was cobbled together from more random web frameworks than a rap album has "feat." guest artists #4. Fills me with all the confidence and security of a Certificate of Deposit written in crayon. Hey, Stuttgart... I stayed with Bank of Fayetteville, even after I left Fayetteville, because of interest bearing checking ...and that their app worked. Now, I'm leaving -- even for a bank *without* that yummy CD-beating interest -- because your app doesn't work, and your tech support is TERRIFYING! I would never trust a bank whose own people asked me to give them my password THAT'SNOTHOWSECURITYWORKS!!!

Sad.. won't let me sign in, locks my account have to call to unlock it.

This app sucks! Can't sign in! Keeps coming up with error messages when signing in! Thumbs down!

App will not open and if I can get it to it crashes

HORRIBLE! I cannot even get into my account!

After entering my user name and password the app crashes. Any time I try to open it after that, it just immediately crashes.

Excellent App Very useful and easy to use. Makes paying bills and checking statement super fast.
