Update: fingerprint login does not work. Cannot click I agree to access set up for it. This App is 2 stars because at least they have an App. But it is really horrible, difficult to use, absolutely no design element to it. sometimes confusing, often times infuriating . Oh well what else can you do.

App no longer works with older versions of android = useless to me. Used to work fine on my phone but now I can't even log in because the app "can't establish a secure connection" with my version of android all of a sudden.

Completely useless for mobile check deposits. Impossible to take a photograph of any check that will be acceptable to this app.

App is so unbearably slow. I have to sit here and look at my phone for a solid 10 minutes waiting on it to load just to try to deposit a check.

Touch ID doesn't work. I cant click agree when trying to enable

I checked to make sure I did enable mobile banking and I was able to use the older version without a problem. I log in and get reverted back to the login page. Very frustrating. Update 9/9/15 I recently downloaded the app and it is significantly better. I'm no longer booted back to the home screen. All the links were click able. I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3 since the problems I had are taken care of.

Love the app but unfortunate that the check deposit camera doesn't seem to work with my tablet. This is a really essential feature for me. Would love to see this improved

I can't open the app. All I get is a white screen. I uninstalled & reinstalled 3x. :(

Takes numerous attempts to do a check deposit as picks up any watermark "VOID"s on check you're trying to deposit no matter what you do to take a good picture of the front and back of the check. Only able to successfully deposit about 1 in every 10 checks we attempt. What good is this feature when you have to end up going in person to deposit a check?

They tell you they have mobile deposit but what they didn't tell you is that you have to have the account open for six months before this feature is available. Why? They don't even freaking know. Thanks for taking away the number one reason to use this outdated app.

Never had a problem with the app at all, but I'm getting notified again on Monday for purchases made over the weekend. So I get two notifications for one transaction.

Absolutely love this app I can transfer funds from my phone at anytime of the day

This app has been better and working like it supposed to. The thing that doesn't make sense about it is it has a limit on how many times you are allowed to transfer from one account to another. I don't think that's something that is necessary or convenient for members.

I have to logg in online to transfer money instead of just using the app

It's been weeks and it still doesn't work! Useless.

App is very slow. Kicks you back to log in screen. It wont let you make a mobile check deposit. By the time your done from waiting, you could have just called f&a and spoke to a telephone operator which wouldve been faster service!

First time I downloaded this I had problems. Called customer service and they suggested uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it (I feel dumb for having not done this in the first place). All issues fixed. Works great now.

Had problems logging into my account every time. Had to delete and reinstall twice.

This is sad, what's the point for online banking when you're constantly getting kicked back to username and password! This is very inconvenient the old app worked so much better than this new s¥&t. Come on, let's get it together over there. ." Can we all get along"??

It does not work ,whenever I click account balance it logs me out after it did this to me the first time I reinstalled the spoken and it was okay for awhile but now it's doing it again!!! Hate it

I got this app thinking it's better. I get past the log in and soon as I click account balance it kicks me to the sign in menu. Wtf! Check deposit is rough. When transferring funds it doesn't tell you how much you owe so you gotta go back and write it down blah blah. Lameness.

I keep trying to make internal transfers between accounts and it tells me the tranfer is complete. When I check again a few minutes later the transaction has vanished from the transaction history list as if it was never made. Wtf??

Was forced to switch to this app after the older (but functioning) app was terminated. However I cannot view my accounts. Whenever I try to view a balance, I am knocked back to sign-in. Unless you want an app to do nothing more than take up space on your phone, steer clear.

Why bother...old app constantly timed out and this one kicks you out the moment you click on a tile...I deleted the app...send members a notice if you fix it

Only ever lets me log in about half the time. Really inconvenient when I'm trying to deposit a check or see my account balance. Old app worked fine, there was no reason to get rid of it. Can we get this one fixed if it's going to be the long-term change?

I preferred the old app, and the camera will not focus when depositing a check (with HTC One) so it is blurry.

Worked fine for a week, now after log in, access to the main (tiles) page...then no matter which tile I pick (accounts) it kicks me straight back to the log in page! Help, please fix this bug do we can utilize the on -line banking.

The old version was much better. This doesn't show real time and hasn't even been working at all for the past week. Disappointed

This new app keeps telling me my password is invalid and now its telling me my time has expired and kicks me out of my account. Fix it please!! So not convenient!!

Check deposit feature does not work properly. Camera does not focus and picture is over exposed
