You need to show how bilingual is Cameroun by adding as many English speaking news as there are French ones. I understand both languages, it doesn't matter for me ; it concerns those who don't speak both languages especially English. Same advice for the radio, you also need to add more radio channels and make more than two of them work ; half of the channels working will be better.
