Tried 5 times to deposit a check, it either logged me out or said check my internet which is fine or rejected the pic as too blurry. I gave up and snail mailed it.
Why does the "Remember Me" function not work anymore on the app? I have to enter in my security answer every time I want to use my account.
An alternative banking tool to Online Banking except Pay TL Credit Cards. If this was a feature would rate it higher.
Can't do much but check my balance. Can't transfer funds to an outside account unless you use the full site. That doesn't work well on the phone. Now...it doesn't work at all. Tried updating it, nope! My internet connection is fine btw, it's your app not working!
Why can't I open up my account to check the balance anymore? It says something is wrong with the certificate and forces me back. Annoying since this is how I check my balance. Please fix.
Absolutely OBNOXIOUS security protocol. I understand being safe, but oh my god. Requiring a security question at every log-in is absurd, and the mobile deposit feature is disappointingly buggy (crashes when I try to take a picture of the front of the check). Please work on this, or I will have to change credit unions. I need mobile deposit to work flawlessly as it is how I get paid every two weeks. My paycheck is sitting here next to me totally useless because your app crashes.
For a while the Mobile Deposit was working great, then it stopped working. Now it "works" again, however there is an ad displayed when you are trying to take a photo which distorts the camera view and makes it nearly impossible to take a photo of your check.
Silly app. Can't use mobile deposit. Banking with Topline has gotten extremely difficult. No atms accept deposits. No branch in Mpls.
Fix it! Cannot do anything. Get a SSL Certificate error won' the do anything

I'm giving this 1 out of 5 stars because that's how often the terrible camera works. I wish i could submit 2 reviews on how terrible this app is.
I have made FIVE attempts to make a mobile deposit and the app keeps stopping! WTF?
Recently missed banking hrs by 4 minutes, NO LIE, 2 other cars got serviced, I had to use at @ Plymouth location, THAT WOULDN'T TAKE DEPOSITS, I was forced to drop it in the depository, no record of my deposit until Monday am after the bank opened. Monday, my ach came thru, B4 they processed my deposit and then slapped $5 transfer fee for $0.15 cents AND $29.00 for the ACH. Member service's said I should ensure deposits are made prior to ach withdrawal, but if MOBILE BANKING DOES NOT WORK & NO ATM TAKES DEPOSITS,... I'm unsure at this point why I continue with this madness...please don't tell me I must be doing something wrong as I worked for her just this morning, really?, because it didn't work for me. ~Tired
I tried depositing my 2nd paycheck. This will be my 5th attempt. First check worked no problem. It said it deposited the check. Now an hour later it says there's no record of it. If it's not force closing, it's logging me out, refusing to take pictures, or telling me to try again.
Never had the deposit work. They apparantly have a server issue during peek login times. Hate the logout feature when the screen saver comes on. Online has never been this CUs strong point.
I've used the mobile deposit before, & it worked nicely, but recently the app doesn't force closes while trying to take the mobile deposit picture. It'd also be nice if transfers to other members were allowed via the app.. It's frustrating when you're busy & not able to get to a desktop computer for banking purposes..
Can't mobile deposit, very frustrating! Tried all of their suggestions over 3 days.

The app stops when I try to make deposits among many other tasks. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY! THIS IS A BANKING APP FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!
I don't use this app much, but when I tried mobile deposit for the first time....guess what? CRASH! (Android 5.1, newest app version). Reviews are full of complains for this. You're probably losing customers over it. We need this convenience in our lives....
Get rid of the ads! Smartphone screens are small enough, it doesn't need ads taking up camera space when trying to deposit checks! I kept accidently hitting the ads, and it would kick me out if the app. Then because there was so little screen space, I had to keep retaking the picture because it was too far away to read, or it would come out blurry. I had to log in 5 times, and took me over 10 minutes to deposit one check...PLEASE get rid of the ads!
This thing needs an update ASAP. Why is there an advertisement under the camera when trying to do mobile deposits? Do you need the website clicks? Then after I accidentally hit your advertisement I have to log in again and go through that clumsy process all over again. Please see some of your competitors apps and take some notes. This maybe the final reason that I move institutions.
This app does not go one with with working correctly. It drives me nuts and the unreliability is extremely frustrating!
Mobile deposit doesn't seem to be working since the last update. This is the main thing I use this app for. Please fix this soon!
This app works great I haven't had any issues with login or account info..not sure why people are complaining about.
Mobile deposit still does not work. The app force closes when selecting the option. Galaxy S7.

The app used to work until it updated on 2/29/2016. Now it tries to load and goes to a white screen where it sits and does. Kthing else. Please put the previous version back up.
When doing mobile deposits on my nexus 5x, the camera is now upside down and movement is in the opposite directions. Further, this was a problem in the last two versions of the app, and hasn't been fixed in the latest update. The mobile deposit views were modified, so clearly this area of the code was touched. A new camera library needs to be used to allow for the camera orientation of newer devices in the Nexus line.
An atrocity. Stick to banking over a PC and save yourself time and sanity. No promised features work, it does not recognise passwords, it cannot deposit checks over camera, or basically do what similar apps from reputable banks in the Twin Cities can do effortlessly. Despite of long list of error reports and direct complaints, the Topline failed to fix known issues. I can deposit over camera to AffinityPlus, BMO, USBank, WF from the same phone, but Topline cannot even login and demands another 100500 steps
New update now has mobile deposit working. Haven't tried all features yet but it seems much better than previous version.

Have tried to make a mobile deposit numerous times on my Samsung tablet and it never works! Just uninstalled and installed it to see if that would work, but it didn't. This has been a problem for a long time. I have called the bank and talked to them but it doesn't get fixed. It does work sometimes on my phone.
Mobile deposit refuses to work. I've tried all different backgrounds and lighting and my deposits are always rejected. My Wells Fargo mobile deposit works 100% of the time so I doubt its my camera.
Bill pay is glitchy on mobile, but most other account and transfer items are accurate. Good app. Fix bill pay history and I'll upgrade to 5.

This is is a blatant insult to Android design guidelines. Absolutely no consistency either. Have to log into anything and everything so why not make a log-in page you splashcreen? Absolute trash. I complained about it many times and it is only getting worse. Now it crashes in the middle of deposit. But wait!- you can still at least read ads of.....yes, the TopLine bank on TopLine bank's app. No excuses for " oh, it's your phone. Oh, it's the Android".
