I subscribed online yesterday so I could see the foreclosures. Then I downloaded the app and they wanted me to subscribe to it and pay just short of $40. Ridiculous. Luckily, I remembered this morning that I can go onto my local county website and get a 100% completely free list of all of the surrounding foreclosures.

This app begins free, once you click on a pic, the only way to continue and see more is $39.99US. App should be in Paid apps and should tell it costs money on the beginning. Rating it a 1. That's all, sad app after reading peoples post.

Scam. As a real estate professional this product offers negligible value at a hefty price tag. Many companies would and do offer similar service without charge. I would recommend it is removed from this store.

Even after entering my credit card info to see more photos and get more info on these houses, the app STILL wouldn't let me access half of the listings, saying that I wasn't subscribed. I'm not normally one to curse, but this is BULLSHIT. I will NOT be charged $40 for the same stuff I can see for free on the website/app!

Well worth it if you are a serious buyer. Not just for casual browsing. I accepted the 19.95 deal instead of the free week. However....it is an additional 39.99 to use the phone app. Did not purchase phone app access.

This app is a total scam. First of all you shouldn't have to pay to view houses you'll probably never purchase anyway? Most of what I viewed was either inactive or simply outdated, in which meant unavailable. So why have a 7 day trial? Then my credit card company told me that they tried charging $49.95 to my card even though I contacted them before the trial ended, really!!! My realtor gets me this information for free. Stay away from this app folks!!!

It was advertised all over the websites so I decided to give it a try. It won't let you just view for free. You have to create a account and even after that you can only see houses for sale that they are advertising. And even after clicking on a home to see the details, it won't let you see it unless you pay for a subscription over $35 not worth your time.
