Contains the 7even, bbc, bihan, crystal, flat, flatwhite, grzanka, kapsules, liquid, and simple icon sets for the Canadian weather application EmWeather. This is not a standalone application and only provides extra icon sets for EmWeather version 0.9.6.0 and greater. EmWeather pulls weather information from Environment Canada and displays it in an intuitive and customizable way.

I'v installed it, yet it doesn't appear on my phone. I notice another customer with Samsung galaxy s2 is having the same problemk
