I was skeptical with a title like "thigh gap" but, I wanted a good leg workout to help tone my thighs... Certain body types no matter how toned you are will never have a thigh gap and while I enjoyed the workout I found the text section about why you would want a thigh gap completely disgusting and sexist. It could cripple women's ideals about their body esspecially teenage girls. It should be about empowerment self confidence and strength
