1. Added customized avatar upload feature. Uploaded avatar will automatically appear as the marker icon on the server for a more straightforward identification.
2. Added reduced messaging mode for better power saving outcome.
3. More reliable clock control achieved by running as a background service.

This is a replacement of v2.2 with a minor modification:
fixed the malfunction of GPS status label on some devices where the label display keeps stuck in "checking"
