I bought these cameras (xmarto) to replace Logitech alert. The install was moderate. (Don't try this if you are a plug and play only person). For the price ok. WOS camera do not PTZ pan, zoom and no playback in mobile. So buy what you need. App is slow and clunky but seems to stay running.looking forward to some updates

How can you improve something and make it worse? We all know Microsoft are experts at it but I thought better of Eseenet. Cameras never all come up and each time you start the app it's a different camera that fails. No such problem with an older version.

Works when it feels like it, when I try on other apps works great, should have option to view as many cams as you want and not in 4s, so if someone has 6 cams should be available to view 6 etc, has no record feature which is a must, please update fix and I will give it 5 stars

Had the DVR for abiut s year before it started to stop recording. But I could record from my phone, that's until it's disconnected from the internet. Next time I'm spending the extra few bucks for a good one. And one that has customer support. . .

Spent nearly 5000 dollars on 32 cams and two 16 channels dvrs which supposely was the latest technology that you can connect all types of different cameras watever...but guess what..the software SUCKS period. I have commercial internet of 132 download and 30 upload and LTE in my phone with like 35megs down and like 25megs up so internet its not the problem and i had it installed by one of the best installers in the city with years of experience. Buy knightvision instead trust me dont get this crap

Thought I'd try this as an alternative to the other 3 cctv viewing apps I use, when I can access all cameras on other apps this one states server unavailable! Obviously not unavailable if I can view them on the other apps. Useless.

Every 2 days loosing the connectivity, and it dose not work till I delete the app or format the dvr hard disk. ...and doing the reconfiguration again. ....even I felt that no one reading the comments. ...what shall I do now. ..shall I buy new dvr and change the app??????

I have both a galaxy s7 edge and an iPhone 7. The iPhone version (IP PRO) of this app is so much faster, cleaner and gets frequent updates. Android version is very disappointing.

I don't know if it was the 6 times I installed and uninstalled it but tonight it works. I am at home and next to the NVR so I have no idea what it will do when I try it at work. So far I say rock on.

Its ok.. but no playback, recording is up to 30 mins only...please update , its very important that we can review the video.. will rate 5 stars if u do..

The updated version doesn't work properly with mobile data whereas the previous version work excellent. It only tries connecting and then server not available even when the internet is working so nicely.

Can't display all the camera ( 4 pcs), it takes very long time.

Only work when on same wi fi. 3G not working. Bring back previous version

The funny thing is the app works fine when I'm home on my home Wireless but when I'm abroad it doesn't work. I gave it two stars because it worked initially.

It was a good app till it was essenet plus. Now with this new update it is not at all good. Don't install this app in it's current avtar.

Keep on stalling, they have got a mind of their own. Pictures ain't clear either. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Keeps saying server not available. Not feel safe when I cannot see what's going on at property. They really need to fix app. Isn't that what security cams installed for? So you can monitor.

Works only when phone n dvr cnntcd wid same wifi and when cnntcd to mobile data or other WiFi does not work it keeps on connecting.....

Works when it wants to, works well when I'm at home using same internet, but when trying to access for away from home, it fails 90% of the time, very annoyed at this system when not working properly

please update previous version is better then the 2.8.3 keep crash and very unstable for android/ iphone

This app seems to spend more time down then running YET again it won't work and I need this app for my security cameras PLEASE FIX ASAP.

I use eseenet for five month.but latest version is not working.after updating this app has got killed. Plz do something bcoz its very helpful app for me....... I want old version ..

I am using this app and unique vision hardware DVR and cam but the app is also not smooth and the video orientation also has problem. Updates are really required.

It was good in my old galaxy grand. But now in Note 5 it is not working good. It stops automatically. It is slow. All cam are not visible.

Are you going to fix this? It's hurrendous! 4 months nearly iv been having this issue and you can't even be bothered to reply to anybody!

Please update, at a we should see 8 or 16 in single but we can see only one. We can not even scroll to other, we have come back n select.

I added the ip address but it just says connecting and then says server unavailable. Please fix this. Thank you

Most of the time app is not connecting and it getting crashed.

Its working immediately either on WiFi or mobile data on 2g/3g/4g or cable broadband.

I got same problem . But no response from your side .why you are still on app ?

Rubbish just will not conect if your going make app at least test first just will not work

App will not contact to server.. Can't view cams....not good.. It's why I bought this system.... Please fix

As described in other posts, it only works when the DVR and phone are connected to the same Internet router. It doesn't look like anyone has any intention of resolving this issue. It us therefore no use at all, waste of phone space.

This software have a bug. And if you set 1 camera, you can not see or change to camera no 2, and when you set 4 camera you just can see 4 camera and can not change to camera no 5.....
