VigorManager for Android
This is really bad. Is this a joke? It couldn't find my 2850n when I hit search, I had to manually add it. Upon adding it the most useful button is reboot, you can change or do nothing else. A large majority of the pages are blank and offer zero functionality. I'm starting to regret buying a DrayTek router, like others have said the software support is pretty abysmal. Next router won't be a DrayTek that's for sure.
It works, but why so basic? I might as well just use a browser to access Web interface. Like so many things about Draytek (archaic and confusing documentation, strange bugs) the hardware is capable but it's barely usable unless you're an obsessive Chinese IT geek that can understand topsy-turvy instructions. This app essentially does nothing to help.
Nice and simple, if all you want to do is reboot the router, but no WiFi management at all. In fact cannot even view wireless config.. this could do with an update
Do not buy Draytek routers; hardware and software support is shocking. Their slogan is 'Your reliable network solutions partner', yet their kit and software is totally unreliable. You spend £250+ on a router only to receive support and firmware updates on par with £49 residential consumer grade routers. Their innovation is non-existent, their apps for business users fall below the type of apps found on cheap home routers and that's if they ever manage to work as their lazy app development team usually break them and render them useless. DON'T BUY DRAYTEK, INSTEAD BUILD A FREE HIGHLY DEVELOPED PFSENSE OR OPNSENSE ROUTER USING A LOW POWERED PC FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE WITH 10X BETTER TECHNOLOGY AND SECURITY!!!!!!
Does not work, can not login
Won't even pickup my 2820 even if I input the IP
What a pile of shite!
It's not work with my Vigor2960.....
To expand the functionality. Thank you.
Not sure this app has any value... How about configuring VPN services?
Room for improvement! So many features could be added to this app to allow better control of draytek routers, especially that most admins use smartphones now.
Useless

Works but missing lots of functions. Why no Wake on LAN for instance?
Need to force port 80 to login on https! No log reading capabilites. No monitoring capabilities. Only has most basic of config capabilities. WAN IP is not displayed in the WAN section. No ability to configure VPN users, or VPNs Draytek need to actively develop this app as this is a great idea and would be very useful if it had the feature set. Also love the backup feature I really see this being useful when on a client site after making a change thanks
We tested this app on a fresh factory reset, non-modified Vigor router listed on firmware v3.6.8. .. App developer, the allowed characters and character length for login credentials on the routers factory admin user is different to the additional users and also different on this app. No wonder people are having so many problems trying to login to their router with this app
hostname or IP ,some just wont connect

It's ok but lacking too many features.
It's nice to see an app, but it really is so basic, look forward to seeing what else you can do.
I'm really pleased to see this, but it's lacking in features BIG TIME. I guess for a new router setup it's sufficient but my own router is already up and running and being "hands on" parents, we take Internet access and safety of the kids seriously so access to the filtering and user access control is really important. Secure access over the Internet would be great would allow me to session in and add time etc... I really hope that Draytek continues to develop this further. A great start - thanks.
It started out well, connects to my router fine and allows control, over internal network OR via the internet if your system is setup right. However, it does not allow full functionality of the router. It is quite restricted in what you can and can't do. Please add ability to switch the firewall data filter on / off from this app - without this functionality, it is no good for me. At the moment (v1.0) depending on what you want to control from this app, it can either be great, or useless, give it a try you might get what you are after. But for me, right now it's useless.

It's a good start, but my 2830 has way more function than this app can access. Where's the NAT settings? VLANs?
Works on the 2760Vn, as someone else said, missing some functions, like ability to add NAT and monitor traffic.
We tested this app on a fresh factory reset, non-modified Vigor router listed on firmware v3.6.8. The app it self installed okay, allowing us to add a device, enter its credetials and connect to our router over (https). The APP seemed like it was having problems at first, as it kept on crashing any time we connected to our device and selected any of the router options. Well today we decided to factory reset our Android device, we freshly installed the VigorManager APP and im happy to report that the A
Where's any monitoring
used this app.. clicked around, just looking with my 2860n and WAN1 traffic stalled. didnt save anything. had to full reset and restore to get it going again. no monitoring feature and makes a mess of your config? steer clear

Well today we decided to factory reset our Android device, we freshly installed the VigorManager APP and im happy to report that the APP immediately detected our devices, connected and worked beautifully. The only thing Id say is that would be nice to see a few refinements on some of the existing options, plus a few extra options to make this APP even better that it currently is; but other than that so far so good.
It's a good start, and works fine from within the LAN. Whilst it's nice to be able to enter a few of the more basic configuration parameters, there's little for those of us who have already set up our routers, which is probably the majority of customers. I'm hoping that a future upgrade would give me the ability to see traffic graphs and tables, monitor the WAN traffic, see which VPNs are up, and be able to drop them if necessary. That would be *extremely* useful to me!
And even a manual add of the router doesn't work
The app detects my router, i have entered the credentias but after the authentication process it crashes. I have unistalled and reinstalled.
Please can we have some more features
Unless I force port 80 on app for https it does not work regardless of remote management settings on router!

Totally useless. Won't even find my router even if details entered manually. "Device no response" error message continually received.
