video shows basic elbow arthroscopy through 3 portals lateral, medial and posterior

scrolling up and down on left image will lead to extention and flexion and side ways will move the outside view of elbow

scrolling in the middle will rotate the view of arthroscope

scrolling with one finger on right image will change the direction of view and with two fingers the scope will provide a deeper of superficial view
