Domino's Pizza

Both app and payment handling service is terrible. I am at a juncture to write-off 442 rupees which I lost due to transaction failure. This happened on Jan 16 2017 and today is 24 Feb 2017. Forget about refund, Dominos has not even shown courtesy to return my call or respond to my email! Avoid app, go straight to store if you do not want any such hassle.

Many a time the offer codes doesn't work and throws up random and weird errors like " maximum calling attempt is 3 " .. its a lousy application. At times you don't get order confirmation but the order is accepted at their end.. all in all its a real pain using this app

*****Third class app.****** Bakwas interface. Very fustrating. Stop developing app in free from freshers. App develop karnewalo chullubhar pani me dub jao. Itna bakwas app to freshers bhi nahi banate. Useless app banaya hai. Is it developed by first year students????? Have anyone tested this new app? ICICI, Airtel and dominos, no more need customers. They provide cheap service at premium price, they don't care.

The App is horrible and if you are trying to avail an offer using the app will be your worst nightmare. I was trying to avail an offer where you order for minimum Rs.500 and get a regular pizza free and even though you have order worth 600+ exclusive of your taxes it won't except your offer coupon and says your order is below the offer minimum limit. Overall this app is not user friendly, a junk if you need people to use it fix major bugs.

Payment portal disgusting and worst coupon system, portal designed to accept only cash and Sodexo, cards transaction are always denied (error : wrong code entered more than 6 times!!) Even after using valid coupon

The app doesn't progress to placing an order if there are multiple locations around your address. It IS NOT the customer's problem if there are multiple locations that can service his address. They need to work this problem out , else they shall lose clientele (like me) from prime locations, where obviously there are multiple locations.

The worst app, to block your phone memory, so bulky. The best part the irony is : Their ONLINE store is always OFFLINE. I mean what the hell? I took my time to plan everything in my order to make the best use of it, but after doing all this and applying offers, I find the store is offline. Nice app by the way, I can smell the pizzas on this 33mb app. -_-

You confirm mobile number via OTP. then I give order from mobile app. You confirm it. Why the hell a call confirmation is required -_-. There was no mention of it on the app as well. Phone was on silent and I see missed calls from dominos 15 mins later

Firstly, i thought it will create some issues or any problem but I feeled really awesome when it comes in less than 30 min. This is best service . Excellent work, i really love this app this is better than calling and placing order becz before this app i orderd from call but it doesn't come I don't why they told me that wait for confirmation call and doesn't

Pathetic app. Bad user interface. Offer codes don't work. Even the website is pathetic. I can order on my address from the app, but it comes in 'unserviceable' area when i try to order from the website. Domino's really needs to work on it's online ordering.

It asked me for my address.. when i gave it.. it shows invalid address... Wtf.. m i living in alien planet whoses adress is not their... Useless.. never ever download it. Mark my words I WOULD HAVE GIVEN -VE STARS IF POSSIBLE EVEN IN A BIZARRE WORLD. MY BAD. HAVE TO GIV 1 PRECIOUS STAR TO THIS WORTHLESS CLINGY DISGUSTING APP. So i downloaded it again . Another mistake of my life. I made payment online. N cancelled my ordrr due to some coupon problem. No refund recieved. No call back. Forget all that. They didn't even replied to my mails. Pathetic service. Pathetic app n disgusting customer care policy. Never download this app.

App is not working properly always gets hang while viewing menu. ..much difficult to scroll n handle. Though the app idea is good, it could be developed much better. Looking forward for fixing the bugs n make it user friendly app. Good luck.

Worst service ever.......i mean how the hell can anyone do that.....order 500 inr worth pizza and there they go with this tax sir and that tax sir and finally the subtotal is ONLY 700 inr sir. DAMN never gonna go with these people again....this is WORST.

your app doesnt work.. the circle is annoying and keeps rotating after entering address details. better test the app before releasing to public. frustated people like us go for pizzahut instead.

Your offer codes does not work... It gaves some stupid errors while adding the products as per the offer t*c.. Will never order again from your app. Website is much better. Uninstalling.. Bye bye dominos

This app is awesome if you are trying to act like availing an offer.. this app is great for people who want to remain hungry... Its the worst app not worth downloading. Deleting the app for the 7th time in 6 months Again disappointed... Thank you dominos for irritating a person when hungry

Lots of bugs ! Doesn't let you change or modify the address... And keeps giving you error that symbols in address not accepted ! Payment is equally terrible. Didn't accept payment through wallets, cards failed thrice !!

Unable to apply coupon...I tried to apply coupon but keep on changing order also. Then it start giving an error "Maximum calling attempts are 6". How a coupon validity can expire without using it?

Worst service. I placed the order at around 10:15pm. Didn't receive my order. No one at the store is picking up my call to tell me where my order is. Good way of collecting money from people. Take the money and don't deliver food and make them starve. Dominos has the worst customer service. People please order from pizza hut.

DOM25 is mentioned on order above rs 400, however when applying this coupon code on the Domino's app it says-this coupon code is not applicable for today, I contacted Domino's they told that you will have to apply the coupon code on the app only. Please improve the errors etc or stop giving the discount(s), when we actually don't get it.

Worst app..I have ordered pizza but. I got order no. Confirmation but after sometimes.when i open app it is showing nothing ordered and also there is no way to contact delivery boy who is delivering and no customer care no. Provided

Pizzas are really costly. My whole salary goes down the drain in buying one pizza. But i cant live without pizzas. So usually i have to take out a loan in order to feed myself with a pizza. Anand's dosa is better than domino's btw.

Extremely poor app. Track order option never works. It doesn't recognise your oder ID. It should ideally send updates on your order automatically. Also there should be auto reversal incase of order delay( which always happens)

Worst update I have seen till now. I can't even see my address in it. So restaurant has to call everytime to confirm address. It was my fault to upgrade the app. please don't upgrade this app.

Worst app ever.. Never download it, I placed an order but it was not successful but money got deducted 3 times yesterday. Very disappointed with this, customer support is not answering calls.

First effing know how to create an app beforr releasing it! The damn app cannot place an order, the order was placed we dont know where the heck did it go, no one knows, what the heck! It is not the customer's effing job to search for effing outlet where order is placed

This app is pissing me off! whenever I order it says "your store is offline" or it says "please enter correct email address" so many times I tried but I can't buy a pizza. Now I am going to try pizza Hut

App not working properly... After doing every thing.. restaurant is offline what is the points of offer then... And if you file a complaint it details filling tab not working... Please fix the bugs.. aor contact seek technologies for better engineer and a better mobile app

After selecting all the pizzas and spending almost 30 minutes on selection. Finally got a msg that we can not take this order. So dont waste your time. They are making fool. Cheap . after seeing such app i will ignore to go even offline stores of Dominos

I don't know why company is showing offer in the advertisement. Practically offer is not valid. It's useless just good for nothing. Worst app I have ever seen in my life. Simply pathetic

Any offer that I could try on this app does not work. It always report something is wrong with the order even though I select all right stuff. This is a useless app. Uninstalling

When ever I try to apply offer code it always shows some error. Plz don't give false commitment to the customers. Some times it shows the store is offline, what a crap! Better go for other options rather than wasting time on your site.

Horrible. Payments gets debited from the account but order doesn't get placed. No order no.. pathetic. Customer care do not call back even you put complaints. No proper customer care as well. My money has gone

Whoever designer this app must be the fake developer. 3 times I did payment..every time money deducted saying payment successful and stops there only. Not going back to app and no piza booked. When call to store they said no information. You r sucker dominos. Better paid well to u r developers and test the app properly before launching.

Worst app ever seen!! I have placed an order ..In app it shows that your order has been placed but when I called store to confirm my order they said NO ORDER RECEIVED YET! I wasted my 45 mins in sorting out this.

Executives did not give a proper instruction because which we wasted almost one hour of time.. I had to call dominos several times as they cofused me with the offer saying the offer is not applicable. Wherein offer was showing me online. They should be knowleable on the offers and shouldnt instruct wrong.

Worst app in the whole play store Our city was not included in the address box even there is a branch of dominos pizza in our city. The app is not managed properly.should not deserve one star too

Terrible app. If you are providing offers you have to make sure that customer can avail those offers. I tried making payment through ICICI pockets and it takes me to credit card/debit card/netbanking option again. Either improve your service or change your app developers.

The application is not user friendly.if you place an order you are unable to track the order.Also the feel of the application is not good. In the payment options icici debit cards can't be used.... placing an online order is much easier than using the application.A complete transformation of the application is required.

Takes long time to start I have 2 gb ram quad core cpu phone. After starting it took approx 15 min to load a message "Oops something went wrong thanks for your patience".
