Big Hero 6: Baymax Blast

I think I know what the bug is. I uninstalled and reinstalled this game twice before I figured it out. It has to do with Fred's files. If you manage to collect all of Fred's files at an early stage, e.g. from Lucky cat prizes you collect or collecting the files directly during your runs, the game crashes and refuses to go beyond the loading screen afterwards. If you actively avoid collecting all of Fred's files, the game loads just fine!

I Bought The Game Today And Was So Excited Since I Like Big Hero 6 But I Would Not Get Pass The Loading Screen. I Sent Them An Email Telling Them The Game Does Not Work. Honestly I Thought The Quality Of The App Would Be Better Since I Paid For It And It Is From Disney. I Just Want To Say All People Who Own This Game Send An Email To Disney So They Can See That Many People Are Having Trouble With The Game So They Could Fix It. I Will Be Satisfied With My Care Once They Fix It. I Still Have Faith They Will.

I got the game yesterday. And haven't been able to play because it won't go past the loading screen. It's very annoying because I actually paid for this game.

Paid installed got to main screen and just stuck on diwnloading content, what a joke

It worked initially but after a few plays it doesn't work anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still does not work good game while it lasted

Until the content did not load to allow him to play the game. Uninstalling and requested a refund.

This app consistently freezes during the data download, i have 4g wifi and ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and to no avail. Please email me for a refund thank you

Purchased and doesn't play doesn't even start to load, annoying cause my son is only 3 and doesn't understand when I say it doesn't work and gets upset. Not even worth one star but hey.

The app doesn't load,my son was realy looking forward to playing it,this app should be removed from the play store because it doesn't even get past the loading screen

This app was a hit for a couple of plays. My son absolutely loved it then the screen froze then turned black.....there are other apps that work just fine for free then with this paying extra and its Disney so you expect good quality but none of that at all. How do I get a refund?

After a month my son try to play this game and it's impossible, it didn't start and if you wanna play you must delete and installed again loosing everything you do before. I don't recommend pay for an an app who don't work is a waste of money

This game is really good (coming from a Big Hero 6 Fangirl). There is one problem, it crashes and I have to restart the whole game! This is one of my favorite games. Please fix or contact me on how to fix it! Thanks.

Never downloads how to get return they charge 3.99 for nothing

I downloaded this for my kids to play and unlike the other commenters I was able to get passed the "Downloading Content" page in about 5 mins. Unfortunately it then plays a short intro video and then crashes out. I have reinstalled several times and I cannot get further. Requested refund and uninstalled. Very disappointed.

I managed to open and play it after I purchased it, but the next time I tried to open the app it won't go past the loading screen. Even waited over 5 mins for it. This is honestly frustrating

This app has not been able to be played since it's installation. It does not progress from the "Downloading content" screen. My son loves the movie and I was excited there was a game. I have emailed their department and if this issue is addresses/remedied, I will gladly update and change my review accordingly . Also I would like to see and hear input from whomever rated it 5 stars without a written review, actually because it appears to possibly be misrepresentation to jack up the rating.
