The apps keep clash while planning trip

It crashes multiple times. I tried doing my own guide but it always stopped and boom everything I have saved was gone. FIX IT!

Great App for a first time visitor

Keep on "loading". Useless

Absolutely no help.no any info how to go that plays example i choose.which metro st .or buss or any info time how much tickets etc.nothing.so no sense.

I signed up to get promo offer, but didn't find much that's useful

Doesn't work offline... If you don't have a data plan, the app is useless, as it won't even open if you aren't connected to the Internet.

slow loading. unable to use the create guide function as it keeps exiting by itself

The app isn't too bad, but it completely failed for me, as my email address has a hyphen in (totally allowed) but it says my email address is invalid! So I am unable to log in.

Useless, does not show prices and just directs you to sources outside of the app. Rubbish

it keep crashing. must be full of software bugs, poor impression created by hong kong tourism board...

Doesn't allow me to create my own guide. Keeps crashing down.

Every time open the app, it takes 2-3 minutes staring on screen with 'loading.....', is this an app?

Why my App stopped?

Couldn't download offline content; always "My Hong Kong Guide" stop working appear!! Not helpful

The fonts aren't properly set up and it shows serif font. Although it's fine, but I may have trouble reading the app as it covers up some text

The app could be better if it's not too slow and I won't have to force logout all the time.

This app kept crashing when I first tried to make a guide. Eventually it started working fine though it took a while to load. When I made a guide successfully and saved it, the app suddenly stopped working. I checked on the guide I made and it was empty. All the locations and activities I marked were gone.

Decent app with lots of HK points of interest, but problems with online connectivity. Some features don't work using wifi and the tourist SIM card data. Okay for a free app.

... With LG VK810 4G Tablet. Any chance of that changing? Would come in very handy for our upcoming trip.

App seems OK - but I didn't like all the other trash it installed. If I wanted to watch TV I would have stayed at home. Unnecessary!
