PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

Personality assessments offer different ways of finding out more about yourself. They are often erroneously and misleadingly called 'tests', but there is no such thing as a good or bad result, and it is not possible to pass or fail. While many of these assessments have been the subject of much academic research and independent verification, the personality is a slippery concept that is extremely difficult to pin down with scientific accuracy. As such, you should treat the results as indications of your behavioral styles and preferences, but not as judgments upon you. It can help to try more than one type of assessment, to get a rounded picture.
