Orders don't get placed on time. Payment issues horrible !

Initially this app was awesome. It had veggies at the list rate. But now every tab says no products to be displayed. If you have nothing to display then why do you even have a mobile application to customers??

Orders r delivered after 4 days of online booking. And that too v have to give reminder to the person on phone. They say that v have not received any only order of your booking Number. Pathetic.half of the stuff is not delivered which is orderd online.useless.delivery boys r useless.

They don't pick the calls, don't deliver product , if they pick the call u r lucky one to listen we don't deliver in your area, they don't even bother to call you n inform.

Produce is great but the time brackets mean nothing. They'll deliver whenever they feel like it. Not great if you are busy

Very poor customer service! Lady Geeta picked the call and had no interest in listening to my query.#Shame if thing are not taken seriously this is going to close down. I had called to check for my order which was placed on 27th October 17592.. lady was #Rude and arrogant

I placed an order and paid through Payumoney..money was deducted and order did not go through..I tried calling both Payumoney and delhi mandi but I did not get any resolution and will certainly not going to buy it from you transaction I'd: 121351730

Initially Delhi Mandi was very good , but last few months they have gone off there rocker. They have become very very careless as far as the quantity and quality of the fruits, vegetables and dairy products go. They never adhere to the time slot given to the client.I would totally rely on there quality and measures and even recommended to many of my friends. But now they are just cheating

18 hour gone but my order is not delivered till now shame on u are u running a company or thela (reehdi) never suggest anyone to shop from there

Extremely poor and pathetic customer service. The customer service number is switched off and the order not delivered on the mentioned time slot.First and last time I am never gonna use, it's better to switch to grofers or godrejs nature basket.Delhi Mandi suxxxxxxx to the core!!!

The service was excellent in the beginning. Now its deteriorating day by day. Order is never delivered within the time slot. Each time I have to follow up. Very disappointed as I have been an old and regular customer.

I placed the order at 0900jrs this morning. It is around 1600hrs haven't received it as yet. This despite calling & reminding your staff. I had to struggle for preparing lunch. Hope it comes before dinner.

The products on this app are costlier than they are in nearby shop. I would suggest to use other apps they r better than this. Useless app

They make delivery only in Dwarka and donot mention it anywhere on their app. After accepting order they call to say cannot deliver. Useless and fake

Outside of the app showing 5rs kg n 10 rs kg when download the app n use it price is very very high comparatively to the local market n not fresh fruits are delivered by the team very worst services n customer care

I placed an order for CR Park and also made an online payment. This was around 9.30 am and chose the delivery time between 11.30 am and 2 pm. Around 1.30 pm, received a call from customer care after many follow ups that they cant deliver the order as its not in Dwarka (they mentioned New Delhi on the app). But as I threatened them to involve media and take them to consumers forum, the order was finally delivered at 6 pm. My Saturday got f***** up by then. I doubt if the founders have the balls to respond.

Cant live without it. Have been using it from past 8 months. saves so much time. Prompt service. Really good quality. Prices is at par mandi n market.nicely packaged.have randomly checked weight never found it under. However do miss the weekly sale n specialoffers seldomly see it now. Never deliver on time. You keep calling on their numbers and they will not pickup. Ordered items are not delivered as per their catalogue. They will not confirm the timing of delivery. It is not a trustworthy service.

If it is cash payment,they never return balance change . And when it is online payment,they send only half of the stuff. And they not answer there phone also.

I spend 30 min while placing order and after 15 min of placing order I got a call from them saying they only deliver in Dwarka only

I agree with many of the subscribers.the services are going from bad to worst..i think these ppl start taking their regular customers fir granted after a while..they send the vegetables according to the time which suits them and not the customers..even the vegetabkes ordered are sent only according to their mood....A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE..and this experience is about their dwarka service. Ppl pl avoid DELHI MANDI

Their app has never worked for me from the day I have installed, made complaints over phone as well as sent email but they only call you to say we shall fix and that's the end of story.initially when they started the website it was good but now lost that dedication and least bothered.

Love the app, their delivery time is good, veggies and fruits quality is also very good at an affordable price like mandi. They are truly justifying t heir app name Delhi mandi

Excellent quality of veggies and on time delivery just made this app my daily need app.

At the time of orders rates are lower side. Delivery on the higher side. So i am very surprised. My first experience is last purchase experience.
