StopShouting

This application will communicate if audio noise is more in surrounding. if audio loudness level is more than set level, application will communicate please stop shouting or will play set song.
this application will keep on running in background. and monitor audio noise level.
How to use:
once user click "Start" application will start working with default settings.
Stop: will stop application .
Settings: will help user to set audio gain level for noise alarm, setting of default text "please stop shouting" or song of user choice.
