** Install this application.
** Take a photo with camera (Front or Back)
(OR)
** If you have captured photos in your gallery, you can choose one.
** If you want to set photo foreground or background, click on foreground or background button.
** Manage the selected photo with your fingertips to scale.
** Choose a balloon glass frame that you like.
** Apply color or sketch effects on the photo (Foreground or Background separately or both same), save it.
** You can now set photo of those you wish and save as wallpaper on your screen.
