The application doesn't even work. I have a galaxy s4 and it just crashes right when i tap on the video. I can see A PICTURE and that's it. One measly picture not an actual video. Buyer beware. Fix your dang application people! I just wasted 120 bucks for nothing
looks as thou after a year of people complaining the app does not work they still just collect money and pooof....JUNK click on icon open app click on camera and it shuts off just like everyone else has been saying. not even going to try and call them just toss the 120.00 in the trash and move on.
Worked great on my note2 but will not work with my s6 closes itself every tume I try to access the camera
App crashes when trying to view camera. Took several tries to set up camera,had to install then uninstall

Mal producto, solo puedo verbla camara usando el WiFi de mi casa,si trato de checar la camara desde otros lugares,no puedo,no funciona en ningun aparato. Estoy muy desepcionado de este producto... Jamas vuelbo a comprar otra. Mucho menos la recomiendo a nadie. Lo que si recomiendo esque nunca compren esta camarara.

I can use it for short period and then it closes when I tried to enlarge the picture.
Worthless software. After Version updated Samsung it stopped working. Reloaded the software but only get the thumbnail view, CRASH CRASH CRASH. No customer service! Jail time for the company!!!!!!
Using my samsung galaxy s6 plus with latest version of Android software it will not even let me view the camera before it crashes and gives me a message saying unfortunately the software has crashed. I sent in the feedback every single time. Hopefully they will let me return this product since it has never works but I doubt it.
Can't even record to internal SD card without paying $9 month. Zmodo is better deal and no monthly fees
Once setup this is a solid camera / app combo. Initial setup instructions are relatively easy to follow as long as you have a home wireless network. The only tough part about connecting the camera to your home wireless is that your home wireless might automatically dominate the initial camera connection to your device (phone). Once I figured this out I was able to connect within a minute. Good quality picture and video....and sound. 5 second delay from live. Downside: Took me a couple of hours to figure this out. Also the camera does not come with a micro SD card. Too bad they do not declare this in the item description before purchase. Micro SD card is less than $20.
Let's you set up your camera just fine. But it does nothing but crash when you try to connect to the camera after that. Makes the whole thing utterly useless.

Bought the dxg-110, no where does it indicate the additional monthly cost for using this product. This app is ok but missing a lot of features that should be there like preset locations to turn the cam to. I have yet to figure out how to contact support, I agree with the other reviews, this could have been well done but it is lacking in features. My trial period is about to end with the cloud and they email you to check your settings. when you go in the app to do this, it goes to a blank web page. If you the same url in a browser it tells you the web page is not available. Bottom line you cant look at your account profile. Just an indication of how well this was not ready for public use.

This software will crash the moment you try to use it, too late now if you purchased the camera, try to return it ASAP for a refund! I would give this ZERO stars if possible, their tech support is non-existent it seems.

No longer able to view anything since android update 5.0.2. Come on seeing cloud good product till now but I am concerned that I may have wasted my money on your product. Some dialog from you in what you are doing to correct this problem would be good customer relations. Since 5/10/15 nothing has been fixed. Time to call my credit card co. and the better business bureau. This is ridiculous!!! Google its also time for you to do something also!!!
Update is needed.
This app worked great until the latest android update to 5.0. Now I only get a message saying that the app has stopped responding. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still no luck.
Edit 9/25 - took a star off because now i get an email daily from the monitoring service telling me the trial has ended. Conveniently there is no where to unsubscribe from this. I really like the camera for remote viewing when not home but sick of the emails. PLEASE fix this!!!!!! Took maybe 5 minutes to setup. Very easy. PTZ lags a little but all in all happy with the camera and app
First, the camera quality is decent for the price. The ease of use is nice, but apparently, ease of use means less control and options. The setup is easy, but the interface is extremely limited. For instance, I cannot turn off the night vision. I cannot set how long to record after motion is detected. I cannot access it with my Windows desktop computer, and neglecting to mention that there is a cost associated with the cloud feature after the trial period, is not cool. You do have the option of recording to an SD card, but the lack of disclosure is a big issue, IMO. I am still debating whether to return the camera. Maybe they can come up with a firmware/software upgrade that will resolve some of these issues. I recommend D-Link. The interface is a bit more challenging to set up, but the ability to have more control, makes it worth it. The SeeingCloud camera has a lot of potential. It just hasn't yet been realized.
I have two of the dxg 110 ptz units set up to work with iPhone 4s and a samsung 5. Set up quick. Maybe 5 minutes per camera. I can check my place anytime anywhere. Day or night. Buying two more for my kids.
Got the camera 110 finally the second time. Ups lost the first one. tried to connect with it. Didn't work 4 hours messing with it. Gave up now it's in the trash.
The Smart Cam did not work as advertised. Even more disconcerting the vendor did not return my calls for support after 5 attempts.
Purchased DXG-105V camera. Box indicates "easy setup". Could not connect camera to my android or iPad after following these so called easy directions. App store offers 2 different apps..did not work. Seeing website tells you to download a different application that is not mentioned in setup manual..keep getting error to make sure camera LED is flashing red to connect..which it is. Returning and buying different brand. Who ever advertised this being an easy setup..I would love to kick you in the head..
