1 Rep Max Calculator for Android
I've tried other apps that have a save feature for tracking progress which is the only thing this app is really lacking. None are as smooth or nicely laid out as this.
Very straightforward app, plug in your numbers and it gives you your results. The ads aren't annoying so they don't bother me.
Great tool I use just for percentages im 17 year old powerlifter I just pull 500 pounds with help of this tool.
Amazing app! I keep track of all my lifts and manipulate rep schemes and wights appropriately towards current physical goals, AND 1RM APP MAKES IT SOOOO EASY! Actually too easy. Effortlessly easy to the point where I'm forced to stack up more books to read annually to keep my brain in shape!
Very nice app, I like it since I'm not looking for a better one.
Shows me my 1rm as implied in the description, and it also shows my 1rm from my AMRAP set, which is surprisingly helpful especially if you're running the GZCL method.
The one thing that would make this better would be a plate loading screen (including the 35 and 45 pound bar weight options).
This is a good app, no calculation of strength based derived from max effort sets will be perfect but this is close and easy to use.
It's the easiest 1 rep max app out there. No confusing formulas to put in, just add your weight and reps then BOOM! You'll have your max!
Does exactly what I wanted. Can give a one rep max off of a 2-10 rep max or a 2-10 rep max off of a one rep max and it will give a quick percent of weight all the way from 5% to 125% awesome app, will use every day.
Does all it needs to and nothing more. Perfect!
My favorite app by far. Calculating my maxes is MUCH easier and safer for those of us that work out without a spotter. Lists percentages too VERY convenient.
Great app,I use a it to project my 1rm and it's usually pretty accurate, although the higher the weight the less accurate it becomes.but still within 5k .
Fun, easy to access and very efficient....great resource that helped me reduce time in putting together lifting percentages for my athletes
It seems to work. It could improve by automatically calling the 1 rep max from the first tab, and by rounding to the nearest increment used in settings.
Very good app. Calculates 1 rep max and load for any number of reps. No bloat, simple and intuitive.
I would like to see brackets for different workouts and a rep calculator for each routine.( Example: BENCH, CURLS, SQUATS, ETC.....)
Really nice app, really useful when you dont know where you are as far as the max weight is concerned. Thanks for making it!
Really help now i can figure out my workout but when u past 400lbs its a lil off but all and all still good
Managed to improve my body composition through using progressive overload with this app. All calculations have been spot on! Would recommend to any powerlifter/bodybuilder
Does what it says, efficiently and easily. Would be nice to be able to change font to a bigger size.
There are applications where I need a quick estimate on a 20rm for training teams with volume training. This is lacking from this application. But this is the best I have used. And there's always room for improvement ;)
Seems to be close within a few lbs. Depending on a person's training level, it could be more or less.
It did exactly what I wanted, and can estimate the inverse rep quantity as well. . Very happy and it helps me produce my own work outs to a good level of accuracy
Absolutely perfect -PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE/UPDATE/ENHANCE/ETC. Leave it alone because it is truly perfect Exactly how it is.
Well designed, easy to use and appears to be accurate. No negatives so far.
Great tool I use just for percentages im 17 year old powerlifter I just pull 500 pounds with help of this tool.
This app finally does more than what you bargained for. Very informative and handy in reaching your 1 rep max goals. I find i can lift more for 1 rep max than what it actually projects you can, which is good.
I use this all the time to figure or deloads and how much weight to use for certain rep ranges
I spend quite a bit of time in the weight room and even when I'm not in the weight room I am constantly using this app to set goals for myself. It is simple just set the weight and the number of reps and you have your max.
Great app,I use a it to project my 1rm and it's usually pretty accurate, although the higher the weight the less accurate it becomes.but still within 5k .
This app is very well done!
Helps me calculate sets, percentages and reps really easy!
No ads, love it
It's not too flashy which is perfect. It's simple, straightforward, and fast to use
It works, you just have to deal with advertisement pop ups.
Been using this app for my 5/3/1 Program and the app is extremely accurate. I'm to calculate rep maxes without using any brain cells. Great app :)
Its nice with sliding weight. Nice to know how much to push.

Awesome, lightweight app. I'm in the middle of a DUP and all opinions on training protocol aside, this helps me estimate the approximate weight to use on a higher volume day vs a heavy day. Beyond that, it offers a plate calculator which is helpful on the 5am training days when I can't quite brain/don't want to do the math. If you want a more involved app that'll calculate your macros, BMI, log your 1RM for each lift, etc., this is not the app for you. However, if you're looking for a lightweight 1RM calculator, I'd highly recommend this one. Unique features (that I've noticed) - Plate calculator - 1RM calc AND rep max calc; it calculates them both together so you don't have to input it in two different areas like you have to do in some other apps - Ability to calculate 10+ reps. Even though it isn't as accurate, it's helpful when I have AMRAP days, did 23 reps, and want to pick a more challenging weight. - 1RM percentage table. The only issue that I've encountered is that my keyboard won't automatically close after I've entered the weight but that's most likely the fault of my P.O.S. phone rather than the app.
