IGL Connect

Many people are getting "BP no does not exists" error because before login into this app, one needs to first register with their BP number on this app. Even if one is using website for years, they will have to register fresh. I was able to register and then login without any problem. Also it shows my account details, previous bills, payments etc correctly. Haven't tried the reading upload feature yet. Will update this after doing it.

I am going continuous message from IGL to upload meter reading. Meter reading option does not work correctly. After taking photo we have two option to select tick mark or go back. Select tick mark does not work so it is impossible to upload the meter reading. Either igl should correct the app or remove from playstore. I do not know whey they upload this buggy app.

The picture taking part of the app does not upload the picture even after clicking the tick button. Waited forever! Finally called up, the customer care asked me to send the reading and pic through whatsapp..ha! Crap app. Bad support! Issue not resolved even after calling.

I am getting smd daily to upload my Meter reading pic but there is option of uploading pic on the app at all! Then I get mail from IGL asking me to mail a pic immediately as if I'm sitting in front of my Meter all day. A very sad experience with IGL

I installed latest "igl connect" app on my smart phone. What I found is that it does not contain my bill info in "current bill & know your bill" options under "My Bill" menu. Now, it started showing another problem- "Connection could not be established either because of device's or server's network connectivity". Kindly set all these bugs right.   

I have reviewed this application earlier stating the app is not reflecting payment as soon as the payment has been made through it but this has been confirmed that it's subject to realisation. However the app is still having few issues which needs to be fixed. 1st the complaints section doesn't allow to register any complaint. 2nd there is no confirmation screen comes up while you successfully make the payment. 3rd you can reflect the msg that payment is subject to realisation in the status.

Doesn't let me upload the picture of meter reading. It's a crap app doesn't do what it is supposed to do. No standard of app development. Some kids developed it without testing the app.

Not able to Register myself. Always says contact Administrator. Please suggest what to do. I have shared my BP no to your developer mail I'd as requested.

I regularly get sms from IGL to upload meter reading, but neither there is any option to upload the reading photo nor any box to submit the reading. Bogus App

Still non functional. Registered on igl app. Logged in. BUT no account/bill/payment details apper., says "some error occurred,please try again". Fyi for Developers pls don't upload half baked app. Ever hear of UAT testing & BETA testing.

Worst app. It is saying user does not exit . while i am able to login through website. Also size is greater as compared to other apps.

After installation I am unable to use this. registration is not possible as it says that "enter valid e mail ID". It is the same ID thru which I have been sending/receiving mails from IGL. Customer care is also of no help. Every time they ask for screen shot. I have sent screen shots to them twice also. But no use. the application is of no use unless IGL listens to difficulties of customers and take remedial measures. They prefer that we should talk to them. Iam a DEAF person. How can I talk to them

App meter reader has nine digits to fill it for submission of meter reading. But actual installed meter has only eight digits. A lot of confusion created and this may lead to wrong meter reading submission. IGL should address this issue by educating people and clarifying the matter.

Not letting me signup. After filling details it says "Contact Administrator"... If there is a problem, why is it not contacting their server by itself after diagnosing the problem AFTER REPLY: App should say inactive connection instead of letting me fill full details and saying "Contact Admin". I called customer care and they also did not know. BTW now I have active connection but still the problem persists.

How can u develop a kidish app like this i hv been paying by bills online every month but this app does not even recognize my bp number even after registering.... Stupid and completely irresponsible learn something from bses

Photo is unable to upload. So what use of making such app. Where u cant upload pics of meter. Kindly rectify it soon. And provide an upgrade

Unable to even logon as it says the BP number does not exist. Now even the regular insta parent gateway on the website is not working, I doubt if I make a payment or try to give my actual reading it is just going to say payment failed. Very dissatisfied with the same.

Worst Services by IGL, nieghter their website nor this app let me register a complaint. Customer services on phone are shittier..

I tried to sign up multiple times using my BP number and other details but it is saying contact your administrator... God knows why...

When I wanted to register it is asking to enter valid email though it was a valid id. Useless app.

Non usable app. No back end server connectivity available, neither u can access ur account nor u can create account. Connectivity issues n IGL has not even tested it before releasing app online.

The app has lots of bugs. Even after exiting the app it continues to use GPS location. Can't even check my bill/ outstanding it always says that "Some error occurred please try again".

Useless app! Even though I am registered user with it and access my account on the web, I cannot login to this app. When I try to sign up, it asks me to contact Admin. What a waste app!!!

It is useless app.nothing displayed about bills and payments related data , it shows "some error has been occurred please try again later " ...... Seems huge corruption involved in the IGL.

Worst application till date while using. It takes too much time to login and after booting it appears socket time out. Very bad experience.

May have given zero star if option is available. Unfortunately IGL connect has stopped while trying to submit the reading everytime.

Gas supply already available at my premises but still unable to register in ur app.. it says to contact administrator !! BP no 6000035757 ... Unable to sign up!!

It is not working and does not accept BPO no. at the first step itself. It appears that the application has been launched without proper testing.

Worst apps, it always says BP number doesn't exist, however I can login through portal using same BP number

Even after entering the BP number and password, and trying to re-register, it keeps saying server not found, what does this mean

It shows bp no is not registered but it is already registered. I m able to logged in in laptop but in app it says not registered. I don't know why?

Whenever I try to open this app, it shows loading and loading only. Its wastage of public money and time.

I want to submit my meter reading from Jan to Mar 17 & the app is showing the dates from 16th May to 31st May. ..??? Is this is a joke ?

Doesn't work. Can not login with my valid BP number which works on iglonline web site. Can not even register.

Kindly improvise this app, so that we can download our Bill copy in Pdf format via the app.
