Available as an Android app, and as a Desktop app. So your info is available on both. Add, delete, and modify the index cards. Also with advanced search capabilities. Search within an index card like a normal text editor. Or an index card search for "Richard" will show all the index cards that have Richard in their text.
The first line of each index card serves as the title. There is a list view which shows all the index card titles. Click on a title and the full index card is displayed in a text view. To prevent accidental modification the text view is initially read only, but can be changed to edit mode. Swipe left and right to move to the next and previous index cards. Or switch back to the list view to select another index card.
