Address Stress for Android
I like the fact that it makes a pleasant little routine ( me time ): to listen and better understand yourself, your feelings, emotions at any giving moment during the day. Love it. Thank you

Excellent app
I use the app to "reload" energy after a good workout. Also great tool when having difficulty to fall asleep.
Great app!
The app claims to help elicit the "relaxation response", and it delivers! The exercises use breathing and music to help align heart rate variability and breath rate to the natural frequency of the blood pressure "wave". I work with a biofeedback specialist, and have measured the physiological response to the exercises to confirm a real effect to reduce my blood pressure, and correlation to the associated metrics (such as muscle tension, skin temperature, and heart rate variability). It really works.
Stress Address It is taking such a long time to download. I had this app installed once before and would give it 5 stars. I can't give it 5 stars now because it is taking such a long time to download.
Finally a practical and easy to use holistic stress management tool that's based on science. Do the program or use it when you need. Well thought out. The accompanying module available from the website provides excellent information on the nature of stress, how its accumulated and how the body can get rid of it.
After trying out so many stress apps (paid and unpaid), I've found that this one is the best. Several 14 day programs to choose from are a big help, but the 2 minute 'pressure valve' is great for immediate relief. I also love how there is a progress meter, so you know how much time you have left.
Great app!
Just what the doctor ordered. Every one talks about reducing stress but how do you do it when moving to the mountains isn't an option? Address stress is a first line answer. Pay attention to your breathing first and foremost. Then read the books and get a handle on What we do, What we eat, and What's eating us - one by one and step by step. Don't need to be spiritual or anything out of the box. Just good biological sense. Good work!
Great app
