Ferns N Petals: Flowers, Gifts

On 9th I ordered for a cake n a plant for my friend on her birthday, which was supposed to be delivered by 2100 hrs (9am to 9pm) it wasn't delivered till 0000 hrs. When i called help desk, they didn't give me a proper reply, they wasn't sure what time it's going to be deliver. What a poor service you have, A waste of time and money, I want my money back.

Worst customer service.. ordered cake for husband's birthday surprise... But they are giving a pathetic answer that since the chef is not well it can be delivered.. again called up next day yet not delivered the same... Very worst... I recommend not to use it..

I am really disappointed with your app. I have ordered rakhi for my brother and have not delivered within time frame and came at 10pm for delivery and didn't call recipient and I am continuously tried 10 times and kept on hold for 10 to 15 minutes to speak to live person and he promised called but haven't received any call till now and now I am 25 minutes on hold didn't get any live person to speak. Now I need my order to be delivered by tomorrow morning 8am or give my money back. Order number is 3180524

Worst service ever. Paid the full amount and received only part of the order. I was supposed to get 4 rakhi instead of which I got only one. All customer care executives are busy in calls. Very bad. I have been ordering on fnp for the last 4 years and I have never expected this from fnp.

These guys are frauds. We sent a rakhi to my brother in law, it wasn't delivered and we were given false info that his number is not working. After that when I called for cancelation, on of the guys put me on hold for 15 minutes and didn't returned. 2nd one told that it will be delivered tomorrow when rakhi has already passed. Pathetic

The most pathetic service,harrasing customers. I did not receive my delivery and received a false message mentioning that it has been delivered. My money has already been deducted. The customer care is of no help where they kept me waiting for hours. Worst service ever.

Worst experience. Had some queries. But didnt know where to ask. "Need help" link is useless. Even the "pre order inquiries" ask for ur order number. Guess they dont understand the word 'pre'. Also, this app has some technical issues. Sometimes the images of the products just wont show up. No matter how good ur internet speed is. And even if u refine ur results, the page wudnt refresh n wud still show the same products as before, unless u go back and do it all over again.

Way to ruin the surprise! I ordered cake and card for my sister which reached much later than the designated delivery time. On top of that the card was also not there. I m too upset. Definitely not using the service again.

Worst app. Gets hang all the time. Worse service by fnp. They will never deliver on time. Customer care will keep you hold for 10 mins. Hate their service. Will never use their app and service again. Worst app ever. I was trying to place an order since yesterday and the app was getting closed while selecting the payment mode. Wasted an hour typing the address and other details for n number of times. Very disappointed!

Worst experience.. ordered a photo frame, size is so small, not even visible. For such a small frame they have charged 500/- which is not even worth. Too expensive site

Bad experienced. Delivery on time but delivered product without packed and openly delivered this is discusating what is doing your Quality check team. Actually my order was Rakhi and chocolate's and delivery was on time but Rakhi and chocolate delivered on hand openly, embarassing felling seriously. Please check and resolve this on priority.

Disappointed with the service of one of my orders. After complaining they said they will redeliver with the correct one. But repeated the same mistake. Complaint again and now they tell me a different story as to why they did that. Misleading details and description. Don't order picture perfect mug. They will put the same picture thrice. I ordered roses n cake today ie. On 27.july.2017 for my younger sister-in-law with a personalized message. She received the gift today and was crying and said so many good words. Such an emotional moment. Speedy delivery and awesome service.

Don't trust this app. They can easily spoil your surprise. Neither they deliver in time nor the date. Then they give lame excuses. Hated it. And thanks for spoiling my surprise.

Thank you very much but not satisfied with the service.... Cake was to be delivered before 12Am and was late.... Also the hand writing on the card was so worst that was feeling ashamed... If m paying 1000 rs+ 250rs for a cake atleast should get neat and tidy work.. Very much dissatisfied...4/10 Will never recommend any one to order from here...

Absolutely horrible service. The thing ordered according to the picture was absolutely different compared to the actual delivery. I feel cheated and I want a refund immediately. Not expected at all. Never recommending it to anyone else further. Order #3438939

One of the worst online booking app. I am amazon prime customer and regular customer in flipkart and snap deal. But this ferns N petals is worst. Not delivering the product on time. Complaint thrice but no response. Highly recommend to uninstall this app and never buy from ferns N petals. It doesn't owe a single star. Customer should case them on consumer's forum.

Very bad service.old and stale cake. Poorest of all cake. They should be banned of making cakes. Shame on you ferns and petals. After 2 hrs of rigorous follow up and 24 hrs before ordering cake reached late and customer service guys have no clue .Super idiotic service. Beyond recoverable service. Once I. A year birthday comes and was ruined by such ser ice. Very annoyed .

Very disappointed, i recommend everyone that you all must not use this app and this website for ordering anything. I ordered flowers and a teddy bear, same day i received my order but flowers were missing. I droped them a complaint but they cancelled my order. They are making fool of customers....
