ClaimSecure

This is the most unintuitive, insipid and uninspired app I've ever used. It's clearly designed to be a barrier to successfully submitting an insurance claim. Way to go, Claimsecure! A complete waste of time.

It refreshes every time I try to sign in and the direct deposit option is non existent. They clearly are making it impossible to use so they don't actually have to reimburse anyone for the services they've been paying for.

I love the bugs. Got it to work once, but couldn't log in again.Seems like i can't type in my email address because the (.) doesn't input. Waste of time.

It won't let me add my email address it says it's not valid. Another employee had the same problem. It's a shame it doesn't work

This app always has issues. Whether it crashes or can't download your photo or just freezes. Always end up going to the desktop and logging in and resubmitting

Can't even get it to work. Keep getting a white screen, it's absolutely useless.

Terrible can't send claim in been trying for a few weeks I have also installed it and uninstalled several times

Terrible. Slow response time. Claim Secure also requiring receipts uploaded for every claim is hugely annoying

Will not allow me to put in my email to even sign up keeps saying my email is invalid

Crashed alot , been getting web page errors , unavailable , etc .

Taking photos of receipts is easy. I have yet to have any issues.

Good idea when it works, which is rarely. Photos that are clear when sent off seem to be unreadable by the person processing. Some claims have been lost entirely, despite being sent properly. A waste of time and energy as I always seem to need to follow up on these claims lately.

Photos are clear when taken and find out weeks later that they are blurry when received. Right now my app won't even load. Keeps saying wrong username and password.

It won't remember user and password so might as well use the browser .

It's tricky to navigate through/not a great gui, but works every time.

Often freezes. Takes forever to upload pictures. Just use a browser.

My user name has a underscore in it so any letter after the underscore turns into another underscore!

Extremely slow. Task of submitting a claim should be simpler (ex. Two separate tabs to submit claims; "my claims" & "photo claims".) Won't allow claims without direct deposit. Password changing is in "my account" and "preferences". Length and password formate is ridiculous (5 letters and 3 numbers?) Clean it up. Use equitable life's app as an example.

My submissions keep getting rejected because this app seems to take my perfectly good, hi res receipt scans or photos and dropping them to unreadable, tiny images. I wait a month to hear back and I get a printout sent to me in the mail. That makes this app basically useless, and submitting claims any other way is annoying. Please, fix it! EDIT: STILL BROKEN, despite the comment left on this review. Unbelievable!

This app is very slow and keeps crashing. It needs some simple how-to's to help with navigation

This app is terrible. Any claim I submit gets rejected. When I re-submit it online it gets accepted...

I can't login ! I am reluctant to give one star. Will uninstall this app

This app does not work well. There is an issue every time and I always end up calling the company. They certainly need to review and make changes. Very very frustrating.

Just like all other aspect, this app was also designed so that you get frustrated and just not submit your claims.

Why can't I stay logged in.

I can open the app and click on the menu, but when I attempt to click on any menu item, nothing happens. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same Result, this app is useless. Sony Xperia T

It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst app ever

Crap app obviously designed to discourage claims. They want you to take a pict then fill out pages of complicated documents for every small claim that was supposed to have been filed electronically by the dentist but they say they never got. Will lobby my union to change insurance companies.

Stupid thing keeps sending me to the website when I try to log in! And won't allow me to log in at all even there! Not impressed!!!!!

I submitted two claims. No error messages. Said an email would follow. No email came. No claims even show up in my claims history. Waste of time.

Easy and fast! Works fine on my S4.

Slow and unresponsive!

Tried 3 times to upload a receipt and this app froze every time.

Completely useless

The back button closes the app and forces you to re-launch and re-login. Popup help window has a link to 'close window', but it does nothing and you are forced to close the app, and re-login. Submitting a claim is a snapped photo and a submit button. Not confident that this method will work for much.
