Opcije:

1. Naručivanje preuzimanja
- popunite svoje podatke, adresu, iz baze poštanskih brojeva i mesta izaberite lokaciju za preuzimanje (unesite najviše 5 karaktera, aplikacija će ponuditi izbor), broj telefona, broj paketa i tezinu posiljke.
- kada dobijete poruku "Pošiljka kreirana", očekujte dolazak kurira
- ukoliko dobijete poruku da je vreme preuzimanja za Vaš poštanski broj prošlo, možete kreirati preuzimanje za sledeći radni dan, ili iz aplikacije kontaktirati call centar da bi proverili mogućnost da pošiljka bude preuzeta danas

2. Pronađite pošiljku
Po barkodu:
- ukoliko ste pošiljalac, kurir Vam je ostavio listu preuzimanja, pošiljku pratite prema broju barkoda sa liste (potrebno je uneti 8 ključnih cifara (688001 XXXXXXXX YY - unosite samo XXXXXXXX)

Po referentnom broju:
- ukoliko ste pošiljalac, unesti svoj ID u City Express-u, referenti broj (svaka pošijlka može imati 3, unesite bilo koji). Ukoliko postoji mnogo pošiljki sa tim referentnim brojem, pretragu možete dodatno filtrirati unosom datuma slanja pošiljke.
- ukoliko ste primalac, potrebno je da od Vašeg pošiljaoca saznate ID broj (samo pravna lica), i Vaš referentni broj

3. Naši centri
- unosom najviše 5 karaktera Vašeg mesta ili poštanskog broja, dobićete City Express centar koji je nadležan za Vaše mesto, sa mogućnošću direktnog kontakta iz aplikacije

4. Cena usluge prevoza
- unosom ukupne težine pošiljke dobićete cenu po standardnom cenovniku za uslugu prevoza. Ukoliko sa City Express-om imate ugovor sa drugačijim cenama, ovi uslovi se ne odnose na Vas.

5. Kontakt:
- opcija da nam pošaljete primedbe, komentare, predloge za dalji razvoj. Možete uneti svoj email, da bi smo Vam poslali i odgovor (nije obavezno).
Takodje ako se dogodi neka greška, aplikacija će Vam ponuditi da nam je prosledite.

1 Order takeover

2 Find consignment
    By barcode:

3 Our centers
