Guys get some professional help from someone who is good in app development, you made an app and that is the worst app I have seen and this is the slowest app in this entire univers. What kind of server you have that not able to connect with the application ever. I am trying to make the payment through this application and choose net banking but it shows round and round then again I choose payment through card but that also failed. A good company with a unprofessional and worst team of professionals. And plese stop doing copy paste that message to write to your customer care.

Unable to register as user even calling multiple times to customer care. I have send a mail to customer support along with screen shotn. Customer care executive informed me that app can be only used to pay panelty and dues and not EMI . I suggest company to add pay EMI options also.

Chola will offer to me 8.5 % loan intrust..... But now i will pay... Above 15% ..its give fake detail.... Very disappointed..... I hate it....

Its good I can access to my accounts quickly.

After chasing for 3 times on email and once over call on given customer care. Issue is still there and still not able to register in chola app from my tegistered number. Seems waste of time for user. Loan agreement No. XVFPGGN00001769852. After resolution of above issue finally able to login and can access the app. Overall good experience from this app.

My loan was sanctioned 3 mnths back n I still didn't get my full amount....n also d amount which I received wasin little installments. ...really worst service I have ever faced by finance company

It's a humble request to every one pls don't take the finance from chola ,,b/c they are cheater ,,my EMI was end in November 2016 and paid that ,,but after that they deduct the money from my account ,, and not returning it ..

इन्होंने मेरे खाते मे पैसे होने के बाद भी e c s नही लगाई और मुझे 20 दिन तंग करने के बाद चेक द्वारा अपनी किश्त काटने के बाद भी मुझे cibil मे डाल दिया इससे पहले भी 2 बार ये ऐसा कर चुके है ताकि कहि और से आपको लोन न मिले और इनसे मेंहगा लोन ले , करोल बाग ब्रांच मे अमना मेडम रिसेप्सन पर बैठी हैं जो हर काम मे अंडगा मारती हैं और कस्टमर को तंग करती हैं मैनेजर कोई है ही नही
