Forgotten password function is really stupid. I have to backwards with scrolling to the year 1973. That takes me about 5 min wild scrolling on the phone. After I got the date finally, I have to add my password number. But I can't implement letters only numbers!? Fantastic.. So, totally useless... Please improve!

I'm using family plan and another CMHK plan currently. Recently discovered that I cannot use customised names to indicated which mobike number should belong to, and also found that I need to logout and login to check details of another plan. I think there are some users may join multiple plans or family plans in CMHK. It suggested that to optimise the features for users who are holding multiple plans OR family plans.
