Not working as I expected. Kindly fix the bug soon.
I use xperia z3 compact, it can't scroll in product specification or any other menu, i can't see all the specification.
When I go into SR's I can only select a case, not move up/down between the different notes as the up/down-functions doesn't work. Can't exit a case either to select another without having to close the entire app. Running on Nexus 6 with the latest February-patch of 6.0.1
After viewing an SR the back button doesn't work. Have to close the app to view another SR.
Doesnt matter which screen I use, the menus dont scroll. If i add SRs to my favorite, I cant go backwards or forwards in each screen. After adding a favorite, I have to close and reopen the app to get back to the main menu.. Fix it!!

Nice app, could be faster
Faster product catalog lookups than the website.
This app is very easy to use, and has come in handy. Note 3 on Verizon.

The app works fine for reviewing alerts quickly but doesn't display service requests even when you enter the SR #. That WOULD be the most useful part of the app for me if it worked.

A bit slow and laggy especially when trying to browse SK articles. Also dissapointing that you cant flag or favourite support ticket numbers. I have hundreds in view as I am a partner. Trying to always find the ones I'm actually working on is a pain. If I could star the ones that were critical so they always appear at the top or hide the others thar would be awesome.

Much better functionality in the new version. Still not as good as the iOS app.
Samsung s3 scrolling in sk articles is worthless, jumps lines so you cant read whole articles
Check Point User Centre is an ok application.
If you are going to release an equivalent to the iOS App, I would expect feature parity at the start. This is a horrible broken implementation compared to the iOS version.
Simple to search something in User Center.
The application looks good but there's huge room for improvement. KB search News Security Alerts etc
