De Caso Com o Marketing

Este livro é uma compilação das colaborações do autor para a revista Marketing Direto, da ABEMD, Associação Brasileira de Marketing Direto, Cliente S.A., Jornalirismo e alguns materiais inéditos. Há uma intenção explícita de contar minha trajetória profissional e tácita de contribuir para uma compreensão mais abrangente das disciplinas abordadas. O formato de pequenas histórias, causos, nasceu naturalmente do caráter dessas colaborações, pequenos artigos e colunas solicitados por esses veículos. Mas funciona bem na direção de tornar agradável uma abordagem que é séria no fundo e que poderia ser maçante de outra forma. This book is a compilation of the author's contributions to the Direct Marketing magazine, the ABEMD, Brazilian Association of Direct Marketing, Customer SA, Jornalirismo and some unpublished material. There is an explicit intention of telling my professional career and tacit contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the studied subjects. The format short stories, stories, naturally born of the nature of these collaborations, small articles and columns requested by those vehicles. But it works well in the direction of making nice an approach that is serious in the background and it could be dull otherwise.
