E/CRM Mobile

L’applicazione CRM mette a disposizione i seguenti moduli funzionali per l'operatività del personale in mobilità. Ogni modulo è richiamato dal menù a sinistra ed è collegato agli altri tramite menù contestuali che permettono di passare agevolmente da una funzione all'altra. Questa interconnessione permette di realizzare il processo di business in forma flessibile in funzione dell'andamento delle attività con il cliente.
Per tutte le funzioni è possibile visualizzare anche i relativi allegati.


ANAGRAFICHE (CLIENTI E PROSPECT )
Permette di gestire tutte le anagrafiche di cui l'utente ha i permessi di visibilità nelle varie tipologie: Lead, Suspect, Prospect e Clienti in portafoglio.
Le anagrafiche gestibili sono sia del tipo business, per attività B2B, che retail, per attività di tipo B2C.
Oltre ai classici dati anagrafici è possibile memorizzare anche i referenti aziendali (es. l’amministratore, il direttore commerciale, il responsabile degli agenti, ecc.), i contatti aggiuntivi e tutte le sedi dell’azienda stessa. E' possibile anche visualizzare le informazioni aggiuntive (caratteristiche) tipiche del proprio modello di business ed utili per conoscere al meglio il target di riferimento.

OPPORTUNITÀ
L'opportunità, come indica il suo nome, è un'occasione di contatto verso le anagrafiche che abbiamo in archivio. Possono essere create da questo menù oppure utilizzando il relativo menù nella funzione Anagrafica o dalla funzione Prodotti e Servizi.

OFFERTE/ORDINI
Questo modulo permette di consultare tutte le Offerte (Ordini quando accettate dal cliente) e di inserirne di nuove da parte del personale in mobilità. Possono essere create da questo menù oppure utilizzando il relativo menù nella funzione Anagrafica.

APPUNTAMENTI
Questo modulo permette di inserire e consultare gli appuntamenti dividendoli per appuntamenti propri o di tutti e quindi tra quelli di oggi, della settimana, del mese e tutti.
Gli Appuntamenti possono essere creati da questo menù oppure utilizzando il relativo menù nella funzione Anagrafica.

TO DO
Questo modulo permette di inserire e consultare le attività da fare dividendole per attività proprie e di tutti e attività da fare e tutte. I ToDo possono essere creati da questo menù oppure utilizzando il relativo menù nella funzione Anagrafica.

CATALOGO PRODOTTI E SERVIZI con FOTO, BROCHURE E SCHEDE TECNICHE
Questo modulo permette di consultare il Catalogo Prodotti e Servizi e di creare un ordine molto velocemente semplicemente con pochissimi click selezionando gli articoli e caricandoli sul carrello. Al termine verranno inseriti i riferimenti del cliente, dell'ordine e dei soggetti coinvolti.
Sono gestite le Varianti degli articoli e lo specifico Listino.
Per ogni articolo sono disponibili anche gli allegati, esempio: foto, brochure, schede tecniche.

STATISTICHE
Sono visualizzate cinque statistiche base sulle diverse attività svolte in ambito CRM Mobile:
1. Opportunità inserite dai diversi consulenti/agenti
2. Opportunità per i vari clienti
3. Opportunità inserite nel periodo
4. Valore Prodotto/ Servizio per tutte le Offerte/Ordini
5. Quantità Prodotto/Servizio per tutte le Offerte/Ordini

INTEGRAZIONI
Grazie alle funzionalità del CRM l’applicazione integra Rubrica, Calendario e TODO di Microsoft Exchange e Google Calendar.

VISTE PERSONALIZZATE
Mediante le funzionalità avanzate del CRM è possibile configurare infinite viste personalizzate per gli utenti Mobile i quali potranno visualizzare sui propri smartphone o tablet anche informazioni di business presenti su altri sistemi aziendali (es. scadenze cliente, merce consegnate, provvigioni, ecc…)


DEVICE SUPPORTATI
L’applicazione può operare sia su Tablet che su SmartPhone. Sono supportati i dispositivi basati su Android 4 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) o superiore:
• Tablet Samsumg o similari
• SmartPhone Samsung o similari

L’applicazione CRM opera esclusivamente in modalità connessa. The CRM application provides the following functional modules for the operation of mobile staff. PERSONAL (CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECT)

CATALOGUE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES with PHOTO, BROCHURE AND TECHNICAL
This module allows you to browse the Products and Services and to create an order very quickly with just a few clicks selecting items and loading them on the truck. At the end will be included customer references, and the order of those involved.
Are handled versions of the articles and the specific list.
For each article is also available attachments, such as: photos, brochures, data sheets.

STATISTICS
Displays statistics based on five different activities in CRM Mobile:
1. Opportunities submitted by various contractors / agents
2. Opportunities for various clients
3. Opportunities included in the period
4. Value product / service for all Offers / Orders
5. Quantity Product / Service for all Offers / Orders

ADDITIONS
With the functionality of the CRM application integrates Address Book, Calendar, and TODO Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar.

VIEWS CUSTOM
Using the advanced features of the CRM, you can configure an infinite views for mobile users who can display on their smartphone or tablet business information also on other business systems (eg customer deadlines, goods delivered, fees, etc ...)
