Here is this app you can add and register mobile number and after starting service you will automaticallly send your location to that device.
You must understand that it will send an actual message from your mobile. It will cost you charges.

You must do
start your GPS location by satellite

steps to use:
1. add 10 digit mobile numebr
2. add time minimum 3 and maximum as you wish
3. click register
4. click start service

and this will send your location automatically.
