Set up your workout by selecting how many rounds you'd like to perform, your round time, break length, and style. Press Start, set it down and go to work! The app will swap between sets of move combos as you use it, to create a unique randomized workout every time!

Very good app that callout combos for my bag training. Only wish that the combos can be sorted by difficulty level like beginner, advance & expert.

The best one I've used so far, easy to follow and easy to customize, might I suggest tho the option for longer rests if so desired.

This app is great if you train by yourself and want to still get a good workout in! It's really helpful not having to think of combinations and they're excellent combos at that!

This is great so far but as others have said needs a voice feature then it will be perfect. Simple and easy to use great for mixing things up on the heavy bag. The ability to change the time setting on how often the combos change would be a nice feature too.

Outstanding app. It takes the guess work out of working out. I just input how many rounds of work I want to do, and the style I want to focus on and it makes the combinations for me. Great app!

App is set up nice and clean and easy to use. Look fwd to addition of audio - could make this a great app! I use 2 similar ones but this may become my fave once voice is added. I am giving this 4 stars because I have high hopes for it & am super impressed with communication & interest of the developers.

Will be great once audio is added for calling out moves. App is set up nice and clean and easy to use vs other similar ones. But until there's audio it doesn't do anything for me. Please add that & I will update review. Thx!

Won't let me activate pro on lgk10 phone... Now can only use on tablet, if I upgrade my tablet afraid I won't be able to use
