I.C.E. Caller allows anyone to place a call In Case of Emergency (I.C.E.), to one of your emergency contacts without going past the lock screen!
It's a convenient way for you to setup up to five of your emergency contacts, who can then be called whenever the need arises. If you are ever in a state of emergency such that one of your emergency contacts needs to be notified, anyone can use your phone and via this app, contact that person.
Another scenario: you go out to have coffee and leave your phone on the table. The server notices that you left your phone and tries to use it to call one of your contacts to notify them that you've left your phone. Unfortunately, with a screen lock set, the person is unable to break through. Now, imagine if the person had a way of calling up one of your contacts without breaking past the lock screen? I.C.E. Caller, allows you to do just this.

What's Changed
Version 1.4: Revamped the application with a new look and feel. Fixed all crash related issues and lock screen issues. The app seemed to consume battery, we deleted the battery checking feature, the app is now a simple emergency caller that works perfectly fine!

Just what I needed - a simple app to put my emergency contacts on the lock screen. I would like to suggest that you make the title "My Emergency Contacts" more visible; right now it kind of blends into the dark background.

It is one of those apps that you should have and it works fine, however the problem is that even when you are working this app locks the screen. This becomes very irritating hence not user friendly. Apart from this if you haopen to unlock the screen without using this apps interface then it does not work. You would have to open this app and then unlock it to ensure that from next time whenever you lock your screen, emergency nos get displayed
