Token Mobile

Token Mobile es la nueva aplicación de seguridad del Banco de Occidente la cual genera una clave aleatoria de corta duración, que le permite realizar de forma SEGURA el registro a Banca móvil y sus transacciones en Internet y A.L.O.

Instrucciones para la activación:

• Luego de descargar la aplicación en su dispositivo inteligente ingrese a la aplicación “Token Mobile” y acepte términos y condiciones.
• Seleccione el botón código QR.
• Ingrese a nuestra página web www.bancodeoccidente.com.co, acceda a la Zona Transaccional, en la pestaña Token, seleccione la opción Solicitar Token
• Active la aplicación en su dispositivo, enfocando el código QR que aparece en la pantalla de su computador con la cámara posterior de su teléfono móvil
• Complete la activación de su Token Mobile, en el cajero mas cercano de la red ATH.
• En el Cajero ATH, inserte su tarjeta débito activa Banco de Occidente y diríjase a la opción "Activaciones" y después la opción Token Mobile (previamente abra su aplicación y genere una clave para ser usada en el cajero)
• Ingresar la clave generada por su Token Mobile y Continuar.
• Ingresar la clave de su tarjeta débito.

Instructions for activation:

• After downloading the application on your smart device enter the "Token Mobile" application and accept terms and conditions.
• Select the QR code button.
• Enter our web www.bancodeoccidente.com.co page, access the Transactional Zone in the Token tab, select the Request Token option
• Activate the application on your device, focusing on the QR code displayed on the screen of your computer with the back camera of your mobile phone
• Complete activate your Token Mobile, the nearest ATM of the ATH network.
• In the ATH machine, insert your debit card activates the West Bank and go to the "Activation" option and then the Mobile Token option (previously open your application and generate a key for use in the ATM)
• Enter the key generated by your Token Mobile and Continue.
• Enter the key to your debit card.
