Wasted time in downloading a app. Size abt 17 MB. Deadly slow. Dont understand why pin is required, why GPS location is required. Are they testing customers patience. BM needs to improve.

Very bad app. You can't even sign up.. Even after putting in the received otp, the stupid app says ENTER VALID NUMBER.. Hated it

You need to check the application before publishing ... e.g. I opened dental clinic offer and when I clicked in locations it showed Bridgestone branches, in the bank products you have test product listed! I figured all these in 5 minutes browse on the app can't you give one day effort to check the app?!

Generated OTP thrice and it still says "invalid OTP entered". Kindly call or reply to your clients who are trying to use the app.

This app is such a crap . It's not working at all and the registration ways such unsecured or i do't know the real problem. Fix your app problems.

ﻻ يعمل أبدأ و أنه أثر على برنامج بنك مسقط و أصبح فجأة ﻻ يعمل أيضا # بدأت أشك به كونه برنامج خبيث لذلك لن أقوم بتثبيته مجددا إﻻ عندما تتواصل معي اﻹدارة و تشرح اﻷسباب .

Issue with app once i register new user they send one time pin but app this code not accept why?

Tried many times to register myself but failed. It says that the OTP is invalid.

The idea is food, but it is not a user friendly at all, how do you expect us to use such a an application where it is very slow, and there is no filter options and navigation is hard, for me it seems it has been developed by a first year student. I am very sure that the 5-4 stars rating are not an actual.users or they did not use the application

Registration not working OTP not being received. Lots of bugs Bank Muscat needs to invest lots of time and energy in completing User acceptance testing

Not working .. such a poor app .. they sent us too many msgs to register .. once I tried to register .. it just doesn't work .. I like the Entertainer .. much better ..

Absolutely a waste of time and data. Zero effort has gone in choosing offers. Nothing useful for the daily user. Just another app to showcase.

Needs alot of update. I don't understand why do we require pin code since there is no redeem function. The app is very slow, and the favorite function is not working. Need to learn from master card app and entertainment app.
