Assist è l'app ideale per chi fornisce servizi di assistenza tecnica, manutenzione impianti e post vendita e vuole gestire in mobilità le chiamate assegnate. In tempo reale, da smartphone o tablet puoi inserire, gestire e chiudere i tuoi interventi. Effettuando il login, ogni tecnico visualizza sull'App di Assist le chiamate assegnate con diverse modalità di visualizzazione: giorno, settimana, mese; aperte, chiuse, tutte. Per ogni chiamata è possibile inserire le prestazioni fornite, i materiali impiegati, acquisire immagini, la firma, il timbro del cliente e compilare una check-list personalizzata. I dati inseriti nell'applicazione vengono immediatamente sincronizzati con il gestionale Assist evitando la registrazione degli stessi nel gestionale e la stampa di documenti. Al termine viene elaborato in automatico il verbale di intervento ed inviato via mail o fax al cliente, al tecnico e al responsabile aziendale. Tutti i dati degli interventi eseguiti sono accessibili attraverso la funzionalità di consultazione dello storico

ASSIST TI CONSENTE DI LAVORARE ANCHE OFFLINE

L'app è disponibile anche in modalità offline in quanto è possibile compilare le varie pagine in ogni campo e chiudere l'intervento; appena torna disponibile il segnale in automatico vengono sincronizzati tutti i dati inseriti durante la manutenzione impianto

COMPILI UNA CHECK LIST PERSONALIZZATA PER OGNI MATRICOLA

Attraverso il gestionale Assist puoi costruire una chek list che i tuoi tecnici potranno compilare dall’app. Per tipologia di attività di assistenza, impianto, tipologia di matricola, modello, e singola matricola è possibile definire un elenco di informazioni che una volta compilate dal tecnico vengono storicizzate sulla chiamata. Il documento di certificazione viene inviato via mail al cliente (unitamente al rapporto di intervento); ogni tipologia di check list può essere abbinata ad un diverso modello di stampa completamente personalizzabile

GESTIONE MAGAZZINI VIAGGIANTI E TRASFERIMENTI MERCI

La gestione dei magazzini dei tecnici viene gestita anche attraverso l’App. Dal magazzino principale, ogni tecnico abilitato potrà effettuare prelevamenti e trasferimenti da e verso il proprio furgone; la funzione di lettura merci attraverso barcode velocizza le operazioni quotidiane garantendo la massima precisione ed efficienza

INTEGRAZIONE CON ALTRE APPLICAZIONI

Assist si integra con le app già presenti sul dispositivo: è possibile attivare la navigazione guidata, inviare mail o avviare telefonate ai numeri dei contatti memorizzati sul cliente.

Attraverso l’app, il portale web AreaGate o via email i tuoi clienti possono inserire richieste di intervento che immediatamente vengono inserite nel gestionale per essere assegnate ai tecnici. Il cliente può controllare lo stato di esecuzione degli interventi consultando l'intero storico delle chiamata attraverso diversi filtri ed è autonomo nella consultazione e download del verbale di intervento.
