“Sleep Time” is tracked from noon to noon. We recommend wearing the ARMITRON PRO-FIT on your non- dominant arm in order to get a more accurate step count.
There are 2 major features of the ARMITRON PRO-FIT app:

This function analyzes types of daily activity through the collected data. The activity record fully presents users’ everyday activities, including walking steps, walking distance, calories burned, and activity intensity.
• Sleep Record
This function analyzes users’ total sleep time and total deep sleep.
Other Features:
• Set daily goal, and when the goal is achieved, a star will be marked on the date.
• View fitness history by weekly, monthly and yearly report.

First day wearing it. Paired fine with the app. Worked for a while, then wouldn't turn on. Got it working again, but everything was reset. It states in the directions that if that happens, it will be ok bc when you sync it with the app, all will be restored. Didn't happen. App reset also. Then, a few hours later it all happened again.

This app is really only good for keeping the watch's time set by syncing with the phone. Sleep hours aren't stored and it occasionally reports that I've met several billion percent of my daily goals.

Not recording sleep. Frustating. I've tried for a week now. My Pro Fit records it, but it doesn't record it in the app.

I guess it's ok because I'm forced to use it with my watch and phone but it deletes my goal that I save every day. So when I sync I have to go back and add my goal again. Not many functions. Plain interface. For as much as the watch cost you'd think the app would be better or at minimum sync the watch the another program that does work.

Totally inert Christmas present; useless. Will not connect to Samsung Galaxy 6 via blue tooth as instruction book provides. Will not turn on.
