The Ariva Mobile App is available to both the public and the customers.

Ariva Customers can access the following features:

1. Allows registered policyholders to register, view and update their profile.
2. Initiate a roadside assist call directly with Ariva .

The general public and Ariva Customers has access to the following features:

1. General information about Ariva products.
2. Ability to initiate a call me back on any products.
3. Provide feedback to Ariva .
4. Use the Route planner to obtain directions.
5. Log accident information required to initiate a first notification of claim for insurance and access Inbox Messaging.
