What's the point of this app if u book a taxi for a certain time and it does not turn up call the office oh we are running 30mins late what a joke get u sh#t sorted

bookings don't seem to go in order, waited 26 minutes for cab - 5 other people collected after my booking.

Cab arrived when I wanted it to and could track it to see that it was only the way. Both app and company very good so far.

More functionality than I would expect from a local taxi firm app. Address lookup is a bit shaky. Some terrible presentation issues - looks like crap and there's even a grammatical mistake in the logo and splash screen.

Booking arrives late with no comms from Aqua. When you phone up a rude little despatcher tells you its your fault, won't listen and puts the phone down! Used to use this for my mates who are all doormen, plus punters at over 20 venues....wave goodbye to that lot Aqua! App should inform of late arrivals and late despatching. Useless app, useless company.

Been using for 3 months now, mostly successfully, so happy to recommend. Only niggles are: tracking function too flakey to be of use for me; zero support from Aqua itself (whose email address is listed as the developer address - not had a single reply from them to queries about the app), and *still* the typo is there on the app icon ;-)

Good but needs to give estimated waiting times. If I am told I will wait longer than it would take to walk I wouldn't book. I assume that's why they don't bother

Booked a taxi for when we arrived home to take us to car hire company at 830am. Booked it via app from Italy and booking magically changed to 730am for time difference! Needs sorting out! Other than that it's a good app

Can't book taxi, always showing booking a taxi after given information, then went to error page, need some improvements.

Once you get used to it its super easy to book and love that you can track the taxi as I live in a high rise building so it's great when I know when to leave rather then waiting in the cold and rain, I check when there close and walk right to the taxi.

It will very interesting to show when the service is delayed.

Used this app for the first time last night and, after some initial faff with getting the addresses right, managed to make a booking, and even happier when the booked cab turned up at the right place just a few minutes later! As I say, getting the addresses right was a bit fiddly (having to tap on specific points on a map on my small screen was easier said than done!) but was eventually achieved. I just need to work out now how to store my home address (and others) as Favourites - can't immediately see how to do this. I tried the Track function, more out of interest than anything, but got a bit confused by that - the refresh rate (on my handset at any rate) didn't seem to be fast enough to be useful. To end on a pedantic note - "Taxi's" in the app's logo should be "Taxis" :-p

Have downloaded twice, each time never let's me book, tells me to call the office. Waste of time

You can book a cab then track it's progress on the map. One busy Saturday I couldn't get through on the phone, used this app and a car was with me in 5 minutes.

Needs big improvements so it can get lock on where you are

I booked a taxi, it didn't turn up so I rang the office to be told "if you'd contacted us to book, you'd have been told that we're running late, but because you used the app, we had no way of telling you" which is stupid because you have to give your mobile number to use the app! Rubbish

When the app is working it's a real five starrer: intuitive to use, quick setup and no hassle - when it works... Half the time I end up having to phone as the app is so buggy. One time the app told me the booking didn't go through and 9 cabs turned up an hour later! Five stars (minus two for the frustration).
