I have an idea guys if u have team viewer installed on ur computer then install team viewer quick support on or android device then connect or phone to PC using this app then in ur computer using the the team viewer connected to ur mobile select the option remote control at top left corner (but remember only after connecting) then u would see ur Mobile's screen on ur computer now place ur phone near a person secretly and hide it then from ur computer control the phone remotely and open this scary sounds app

Preparing for this year's Ghost Walk season, I've tried a bunch of 'spooky sounds' apps -- this is among the best, tho' it does have one major flaw. GOOD: Excellent choice of clips, in terms of sound quality & variety. Arguably the best I've found, here in the Play Store. BAD: Some clips are pretty much pointless for public use, due to questionable editing (too brief at <5 sec.; sharp cutoff vs fade-our) or content...i.e.: samples of copyrighted movie dialogue or theme music. UGLY: There's no 'pause' or 'stop' button, so once you start a clip you're stuck with it for up to 30 seconds.
