I used to love this app! It was convenient, easy to use and Australian. Now it doesnt work, possibly cause i have a Samsung s7. Please fix the issue, i really miss this app

DOES NOT WORK!!! App won't even open... 'please wait' is all that appears on the screen. Sounds great if it would open

I have attempted to install 3 times but never loads. Just sits on the loading page saying please wait. Very frustrating.

When I try to open the app, it freezes my phone and I have to turn it off/on to stop this app. No use at all.

How hard is it to fix the bloody app?

Sounds like a great app however it doesn't load on my phone. I tried emailing the developers about the issue and received no response. Its a pity because the app is a great idea and much needed in australia.

App doesnt load!! It stays on the first screen saying "please wait" and doesnt go any further!. Ive uninstalled and re downloaded and still had the same result!

It keeps freezing at the start page, it just says please wait. I have tried everything and it will not work! Very disappointing as I was quite excited to use the app

Great app. Im new to the vegan world and this app seems essential to that change. I will give you five stars if you add in products from Aldi? Please? Also a larger list of Vegan safe vitamins! Thanks for the app so far:-)

will this issue be fixed soon........ keeps saying please wait.. and going by the previous comments.. the app creators don't seem to care much... i was looking forward to using this app but I think I'll delete it cause it's wasting space on my.phone as it doesn't work.

Seems like it would be an awesome app. I'll happily change to 5 stars once its fixed, but for now, dont even bother downloading it

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. I noticed other Samsung users including S6 also have same issue. Basically the App won't load as it stays on 'Please Wait' screen indefinitely. Please fix issues for Samsung users as I know I would love this app if it would open.

I really wanted this app to work, but the loading screen never ended. I tried to reinstall it but no luck. I hope this problem get resolved as I'd love to use it when I'm out shopping.

App stays on open screen with "Please Wait..." For over 30 minutes. I have uninstalled and downloaded three times. I demand a refund.

Also never worked for me. I get the same "please wait" on the splash screen that others have reported. Been waiting for an update, but authour appears to have abandoned the app?
