Excellent application for site based incident and near miss reporting

This is SUCH a good idea! A way to report near misses and potential hazards without paperwork or the need to return to base, and all in an instant. I found this very easy to use and navigate, and being able to photograph the incident or hazard saves lengthy written or verbal descriptions, which will really help with my employees from overseas. I love it's simplicity and the fact that you don't have to be a technowhizz to get it to work. I will be ensuring that all my staff, office and site based have this app!
