Bloody thieves. They deduct your minutes whether you use it or not. Sometimes they charge you 4mins for a 2mins call and even more. You will NEVER see me buy your stupid credit. I'd rather spend more on an honest call credit. Thieves.

Customer service sucks . Everytime I call the agents are sleepy and talk like just wake up and have weard accents.totally unprofessional service.they tell you 1cent per minute to India but it cost you 1,5 cent per minute with service charge.app is not working since last 7 months . Everytime i call the agent always tell me we are working on it which is bullshit .use app vinito very good app 1:2 cent per mint good sound quality.Amantell is anything but bullshit

Half of the conversation my mom can not understand. I have other app clear and lower price too. When I run out my accounts balance I will kick it out this Amantel. I contract more than 4 times to solved the issues they are Macky polite. Absolutely they did zero percent solution. Really Rubbish.

Very very poor aap

Not clear at all.

All they do is stilling my money, I purchased a $10 card to call haiti, it has 60 min, I didn't get to speak half that, everytime I make a call the phone rings, they took like 3 or 4 min at the time, without no answer.

I don't know why they are giving this app to the customer. They could have been told we don't have any app. There is no use of installing the app.

Judge Judy said "Lier Lier Lier" rate to call Ethiopia is different on your website and in google app. I chat with Amantel agent and he said 15 cents per minute and the website says l6.7 cents and the google app says 7.5 cents per minutes. How do we belive you? Also you don't have good comment on google app. Please make it clear this confusion. I tried to send a message to Amantel on website and it didn't go through that is why I am commenting under the app. I am not giving any grade but I need a response.

Half of the time the app won't load contact numbers, the other half of the time the call doesn't initiate after dialed. If i ever do get through it sounds like I'm talking through two potatoes on a string.
